Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Went to pick up the rental. Manager did not even greet any customer let alone me. Then, it's my turn for rental and I found dog hair and not few but tons. So, I went inside to tell the manager and his response, I'll note it down".As ex-employer

Absolutely horrible service! I have an issue with my rental and attempted multiple times to switch my vehicle and I was pretty much told deal with it all cars are the same. Management is horrible I will never come back to enterprise.

I rented a car here recently and I had a great experience. I was almost late, but they were very patient and understanding with that. They also gave me a free upgrade to a nicer car, and made the whole experience really easy.

I got a call around 10:00am yesterday from a man who was advised to call and discuss to either my sister or myself about rental cars. I was currently driving at the time and asked the guy on the phone if he could call my sister instead. He agreed and I gave him the phone number to call. A few hours pass and my sister did not receive a call so I decided to follow up and call them instead. First time I called- it constantly kept ringing and no one picked up. I tried again and this time someone picked up and hung up right away. Third time I called- someone finally picked up and asked if I could go on hold or if I can give them my phone number so they could call back. I chose the option for them to call me back and of course I never heard from them again that day.TODAY, my sister tried calling them and was put on hold forever. They finally got back to her and she explained how we were waiting for a call to talk about rentals since yesterday. Whoever was talking to her said that he has ALREADY discussed about the rentals with ME and already talked to ME about protection plan

If you're going to pay by debit, make sure to bring all the documents you can find to prove your identity and where you live. Don't listen to the call center, they apparently don't know how the local stations operate.

When I complained about the 1st car they given to me ( sport car)they found the car I wanted (SUV) and dropped it off to my work for me. Very nice and responsible staff. Thank you again. Keep it up

This enterprise is excellent! Would highly recommend! They found us a car when there were non in the city. How they got us the only Elantra left we do not know, but thanks. Also super quick and helpful and understanding. We will be going back there.Thanks Nathan and team!Olivia and Gen Stricker

This renta car very bad Service. And I was that time renta car Jan 13/23 150 deposit still know don't rutrn back to me I'm still fighting with them.

Very satisfied. Natan really went the extra miles. He even lent me an usb-c to connect Apple CarPlay
