Sometimes life gets in the way and things get overlooked, well that’s just what happened here. I called Queen City last year and spoke with Will about a chimney cap. He said I have an odd size chimney and would need to special order one for me and needed a deposit. I gave him the deposit and he recommended other work for me to consider.We both got busy and life passed us by and we never got to the chimney cap last year. I got in touch with Will and he was open and honest with me. You can tell when someone is genuine and sincere and takes pride in his work. Will did say things got busy last year, which is what happens with but the same can be said for me. Needed some help with a gas fireplace that I never used. Will responded right away. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He even cleaned the glass on the fireplace for us before he left. highly recommend

Will did a fabulous job cleaning our chimney. He suggested removing the flue and showed us a video he took of the debris and soot that was in there (almost filled a large box he brought) and was definitely a fire hazard. Great work by Queen City Chimney and Will!

One of the best companies I've ever worked with. Came out the day after I called him (on a Sunday) and told us exactly what we needed and what he would do on his own house if he was in our position. Saved us a ton of money (after we got far higher quotes from competitors) and did Phenomenal work. Spent an entire day at our house working late into the night, then came back a few days later to finish the other one and again worked late into the night.Also gave me his cell phone number and every time I called or texted he immediately replied.His service was worth every penny! If you're looking for an honest Chimney guy, look no further. We Could not be happier, Cant wait to get a fireplace installed next!

Wil and his crew performed work on my chimney after some severe leaking a week and 1/2 ago. They were very quick to get started and actually recognized some other damage that needed to be addressed where some previous work wasn’t done properly. His pricing was the best of 3 companies I contacted, his crew worked hard and Wil the owner himself finished off the project leaving the new rebuilt chimney looking spectacular. Highly recommend.

Will was excellent! Checked everything, made great recommendations and his work was meticulous. He actually built parts of the caps, fit everything perfectly, cleaned up the entire area and check all grout work. I would recommend him very highly

Will and his crew were nice to work with. They gave me a quote and stuck to it, every penny. He didn't charge a dime more than he said he would. Which, by the way, was significantly cheaper than the other big names around here.The final product was beautiful. My biggest concern, aside from wanting top quality craftsmanship, was to keep the chimney looking Era-specific. William assured me he'd keep the look to my new Chimney. He gave me options on brick and mortar color. The end product turned out stunning! It looks brand new, yet it looks like it's 100 years old at the same time. What a work of art.The crew was kind and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves also.My biggest gripe was the time line. Wills time-line was often off, but in my case it wasn't a big deal.. My Chimney wasn't imminent so it didn't need to be done immediately. I'd say it took about a week all in all to complete. They came and went a few times.

Will at Queen City Chimney was excellent. He was able to come check out our incorrectly installed Chimney liners that was done by some other company and put in the correct ones. Will was able to start the job the very next day and complete the process in just 3 days. We are very satisfied with the work completed and would recommend Queen City Chimney to anyone.

Hands down one of the best contractors I've ever worked with. Will the owner came out the next day, went over all options and had my new chimney liner and 4 chimney caps done in 3 days. Work was spectacular quality and extremely fair priced. Got to talking to Will at the end. He has 30 years experience so I doubt you'll find better quality for the value. A++++
