Very dirty , lots of night activity, I don't think anyone sleeps around there! The manager was nice and he gave us free pop. I will not return or recommend this place to anyone. Surprisingly no bugs found.

I can’t honestly say what the rooms look like because I saw the area around the motel and that was enough for me to keep on driving. The person working was very rude to me when I called and expressed concern about the area.

I stayed at Kitchener Motel last night.The manager was very nice and accommodating.The room was very clean and everything in the room worked perfectly! Would highly recommend

Guest friendly, easy access to all amenities and most importantly manager Raj bro is super good human , all the staff were friendly and humble. Highly recommended if you are are searching for budget friendly and safe quiet place .

Fantastic motel service with respect and always with a smile. The Manager, Raj is a soft-spoken gentleman, kind and a good listener. He attends to issues and requests respectfully and promptly.The lady owner is so kind hearted, and super-respectful. No wonder the rooms are always sold out! I would visit and revisit again and again. A nice quiet place... home away from home. I never felt like I was living in a motel for 3 weeks. It felt like home!Raj, Mama" and Mrs. Raj
