Had a great experience with WK Moving & Delivery Service! It was the hottest day to date. My team never slowed down. The three gentlemen I had were amazing. My belongings was very well cared for. Great job, Great crew. Friendly office. All around Amazing is the only way to describe this experience. Would recommend WK Moving & Delivery Service. Thanks guys!

Thank you William and your crew for making our move stress free. Placing all of our furniture where we see fit. Assembling our 5 piece bar set, over 480 screws and bolts to put together this massive dream bar, we love so much! Thanks guys for all your hard work, you all deserve it!! I don't normally leave reviews but felt compelled to warn anyone looking to use this moving company. WK moving did not show up on the day of my move and kept my $300 deposit. Below are the details of what happened.I hired WK moving based on the reviews I read, I booked them weeks in advance, had multiple correspondences with them both email and calls. They asked me to take pictures of all the furniture being moved including a piano, which I did and sent to them right away. I should have known something was not quite right when they asked me for these pics as well as my contact info over and over again.The day before the move they once again asked for a contact number as well as the picture of the piano, claiming they had not received as of yet. I once again complied and emailed them both my number and the picture of the piano, yet again.The day of the move they were suppose to show up between 9:00 and 9:30 am. They did not. I called them at 10:00 am to find out what was going on, a man answered the phone, I explained who I was and asked when to expect the truck. He told me that because I had not given them my contact information the move was not confirmed. I tried to remain calm and explained that I had in fact given them my contact info several times including the night before, I then forwarded all of the emails with this info to them. He told me he would check with the driver and call me back. 30 min went by and I did not hear from him so I called again. This time the female that I had spoken to before answered, I again explained the situation, she told me that the man I had spoken to was the driver, that she didn't know what was going on but that she had had enough and she was going to fire him. At this point I realized without a doubt that I was being lied to, I told her to please give it to me straight as I only had one day to move and needed to make other arrangements if they were not showing up. You can imagine the panic I was experiencing, good luck finding a company on 1 day notice. She told me that she would get right on it and have a truck for me for sure.at 12:30 I was informed that no one was coming.I had given them a $300 deposit, I asked for this back and was told oh absolutely!" She told me it would take 3 weeks to show up on my end

Extremely happy with WK Movers, it was the first time we ever used any movers, these guys went above and beyond, from helping us get my TV off the wall to providing boxes to properly packing our belongings, to shrink wrapping our furniture, The guys were thoughtful and careful in every way! I would refer them again and again. They were also very patient while we were figuring out where to place things in our home. My wife and I are so appreciative of the organization and ease with which they worked! We are extremely happy and satisfied. Well deserved five stars!

WARNING - STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE COMPANY! We hired them to move the contents of a shipping container and some other things from inside a house. They charged for more movers than were actually used. They arrived hours late - supposed to arrive around 7:30pm but finally showed up around 2am. They called repeatedly complaining about the driving time, said it was a difficult move & traffic and continually asked for more money. I originally moved all the items there myself, so it was not difficult. We were promised an actual moving truck with blankets and protection. They showed up in a regular uhaul truck with our contents seemingly thrown haphazardly into the truck. No moving blankets or any form of protection was used. The owner who was driving forgot to put the parking break on the uhaul and the truck rolled out of our driveway almost hitting our neighbour's car across street . He immediately demanded the last part of the payment (previously agreed on e-transfer) before anything was unloaded and began yelling and threatening (I had neighbours complaining). He threatened to lock up the truck & drive away, keeping our contents which is illegal. Of the 2 movers we were paying for only 1 actually did any work while the other sat in the truck. The one mover working was complaining that he wasn't even an employee but was on probation/parole and was just doing them a favour. We were compelled to unload the truck ourselves since only 1 mover was working. The other mover was one of the owners - he wanted to go through boxes to see why they were heavy". Many of our contents were damaged

This company" is terrible. They damaged almost every item they moved. We had pricey furniture which is why we hired someone to move us in the first place... biggest mistake. They are middle of the pack in terms of pricing

I chose this company to help my daughter with her move from Hamilton to London. It was the worst move ever! They are very unprofessional. One hour into the move one of the movers took off. The second one sat around in the truck till another guy came. I was charged for that time. For a one bedroom apartment, it took them 4 hours to move everything out. That is how slow they worked (paid by the hour I guess).Its been a week, and I cannot get a receipt from them for the charges that they have put on my credit card. I am now dealing with the credit card company to look after it. Do not be fooled by the friendly answer that you get from the person who answers the phone. Their wardrobe boxes broke and all the clothes were strewn in the truck and physically brought into the new house. They damaged 2 lamp shades. You have to be present to look after your items while moving as they just tended to leave things unattended by the elevator. I cannot even bear to give them one star for their services. Generally I do not leave reviews, but I felt compelled to leave a review for this company if it helps anyone else in their decision making.

The best moving company in the area. Highly professional, everything was intact in the move with no damage. Price was very competitive and good value. I would highly recommend them for moving.

WOW-I’d read all the positive reviews and chose this mover, not knowing anything about them. Had the lady (who’s supposedly the wife) of “Bill” the other owner of the company. The lady promised us “the moon” figuratively, but on the actual day of the move, they we’re scheduled to be at our place at 9:00 A.M. Received a call that they were late because of traffic? West Hamilton to Dundas? Then they showed up at 10:00 A.M. and had to send (1) man home (he was troubled). So they were left with just (2) men to do our very large move. They were very slow, the two workers worked hard, BUT they were very slow, took us from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M. when they finished. Super here said when unloading at our new place, they were taking time, they did have 11 floors to move everything up on booked elevator. Put all of our cartons (that were labeled clearly) were put in the wrong rooms? Before they were finished the move, received a call to pay up on my credit card, didn’t even get to check for damages. It was 13 hours to move a 2 bedroom apartment from Dundas to Hamilton Mountain, found the final price total absolutely outrageous. Lost a power cable to our electric recliner on our L-section (leather), plus damaged a brand new upright freezer with scratches on the front door. I found them to be disorganized and not that reliable, on what they quoted and promised when booked them. We have only been here 9 months now, and are choosing another mover. I personally wouldn’t recommend this mover, from our dreadful experience. The owner will probably deny this, but I don’t lie. I was generous with a 2 star rating. Shop around, I didn’t.

We moved our 4 bedroom home with William and his team at WK Moving & Delivery Service this week. On time, professional, polite and a powerful team. From the first call , to the rep, to book the move to the final follow up call the movers did an exceptional job. All of our large items were either shrink wrapped, padded and wrapped, they even took apart and assembled our 3 beds, which would of took us hours to complete.The guys were courteous and careful with our belongings. We would highly recommend WK Moving & Delivery Service to anyone who asks!Thanks WK Moving and the guys for all your hard work, Awesome job!
