Such a rude service lady. Laughing like I'm making a joke or something when I'm asking questions. Must be a joke to work here.

I have been a customer with Belleville Water for approximately 11 years. During this time, I have never had an issue with respect to the service I received both on the telephone and in person during construction season. The women on the phone and the gentleman working construction or completing service calls are always pleasant and willing to help. The cost of water in Belleville is high when considering charges that are billed on top of your regular consumption but I am sure this is the same regardless of where you live.

Staff are somewhat friendly.
