Bad service... long wait before you can get to the clerk. Whether you go morning or lunch time or in the afternoon they have always short staff at all times. There is one clerk serving at the counter for many clients and lots of delay.... the employees not friendly lack of professionalism lack of customer service and staff is not experienced. They need to upgrade.

Très satisfait. Les employés sont cordiaux, professionnels et attentifs à vos besoins.Le seul point négatif, ce sont les nombreux frais. chaque transaction comporte un frais: retrait ou dépôt...) heureusement que les ainés n'ont pas ces frais. De même pour les comptes d'épargne, vous ne pouvez pas faire plus de 3 dépôts par mois, sinon vous êtes pénalisés par un frais...Enfin, j'ai toujours été bien servi, et cette succursale mérite un A+

Impossible de les joindre par téléphone. J'ai effectué un dixaine de tentatives aujourd'hui. Je suis tombé sur la boîte vocale à chaque reprise et n'ai pas eu de retour d'appel.

Worst client service ever! Opened account and wanted to close within a week. Couldnt close it online or by phone so they told me to go to bank and cancel. Took forever to get service then tried to charge me 20$ fees to deter me from closing account. If i could give zero stars- i would. Stay away from CIBC!!! Go with any other major bank!

Vraiment un mauvais service, pas acceuillant, répond pas au téléphone on dirais que quand tu rentre dans cette banque c'est eux qui vous fait une faveur. BNC 100X mieux.

The people are nice but the front desk is massively understaffed at all times of the day. There are several employees in their offices and it seems that none of them can come and help the single cashier who is the de facto face of the CIBC experience.It feels as though each employee could do 1-2 clients and rotate their way through the day to spread the load.Or better still: hire at least 2 cashiers to provide service at all times.At this moment, 13:00 on a Friday, there is a single cashier and 8 people in line.And whoops! The single cashier has to show a client how to use the ATM so now there is no cashier.

The friendliest tellers around, but it is evident that CIBC doesn't care about service. Always a line up and transactions are SLOW. Used to be there we're always a few tellers working, nowadays youre luck to have 2 at the same time. Obviously those service fees aren't being reinvested in service and tellers.
