We dealt with Jason and Frieda Stubbington from Century 21 to sell our house. They were honest, knowledgeable, helpful and fun. They made selling our family home of 40+ years much easier than we could have hoped for. They were very aware of how the market was going. We had so much fun looking for a replacement house, even when we were losing faith in finding something because of a limited market. We now have made two new friends.

They came prepared with very detailed comparisons so we could make the best decision on what to list our house for and were very happy with their guidance as well as their belief in the real value of our house. Serge Jolicoeur, a genuine, kind, caring, passionate and an overall wonderful person to work with. He made the search for our first home stress free. Fast responses and very informative. When looking at houses and properties, he always had our best interest at heart, he would point out potential issues and flaws. He never left any details out throughout the whole process. He had great recommendations and answers for any questions I had. If you’ve ever had the pleasure to deal with Serge, you would probably agree with me when I say for as long as he’s a realtor, I won’t bother talking to anyone else in the area.
