Charmed Aroma

Products are great. Unfortunately, customer service not so much. My last online order, I received a a rose quartz candle where the lid did not close. I made several attempts to contact them with no response. Not impressed.

I really like Charmed Aromas products! The candles are great quality with an insane amount of burn time. Some of the candle jars are also super cute and can be reused once the wax has been cleaned out. The scent of each candle is unique and not overpowering. I find I have no issues with the fragrance of the candles not being strong enough. I removed 1 star as the shipping time, if you order online, is crazy slow. Almost 2 weeks to receive items is quite a long time when you consider nothing is moving internationally. I also removed a star because I'd left a comment regarding the surprise candles. I ordered 3 and everyone was the exact same. The comment just let the public know that I loved the scent but all 3 being the same was a disappointment asbthe write up on yhe mystery candles suggested they would be different. The comment was deleted I was a bit put off by that. However, I'd still 100% recommend this company as there is no denying there products are excellent.

Brutal customer service. 5 weeks after my order, they still haven't been able to fix the mess they made. My issue was escalated to management. The CS team lacks training and support. It's a real shame. The product is good and I liked giving them as gifts. But I will never buy another thing from this company.

Cute and smell nice, but cheap overall. Rings tarnish, and can be bent with one's fingers, but they are cute.

Not specific to this location but the company in general. Absolutely terrible quality which is misrepresented and terrible customer service. Twice now I've had stones fall out of two different pieces of jewelry. One within 5 months and one within only two weeks. They brush it off as wear and tear" and refuse to do anything about it. In fact they just stop responding to you. I've had jewellery for years and no amount of wear and tear has ever caused anything like this to happen. Save your money and go to a proper jeweler. Never buying from charmed aroma ever again!!!"

I am obsessed with charmed aromas products and they are my #1 go to for gifts. Unfortunately one of said gifts were apart of a recall, thankfully, Natalie at the vaughan mills was nothing sort of amazing customer service!! She was very informative with the situation that took place and helped me with my options. She was resilient in helping me find all the information needed to resolve the issue, not to mention her positive and buddly altitude that really truned a smile on everyone's faces!!
