Good quality and cheaper price. Even has a fitting room. Mistakes can happen and can always be fixed, but they should never make a decision for the customers. They got my jeans wrong and I wanted it fix but they refused as they believed that it's a good style for me but every one has different taste in style and I didn't like that style. After many arguments, they decided to fix it for me the way I wanted it.

The gentleman who ( I assume...) runs the place is constantly on the phone. He has his ear buds in and it's not even a business call as he's speaking Indian. He was also helping another guy, fitting him for pants. No 'good morning, how are you' no acknowledgement what so ever.This is not the first time I've been there and this has happened. This review may sound petty, but I give my customers my complete attention.It's nice that they're close to home, but I'm done...it's just common courtesy.

I have gone to Sam Dry Cleaners in Mississauga (Burnhamthorpe Road and Tomken Road intersection) for over 28 years for mending my jeans, dresses, suits and blazers and they did excellent work and then found out from the owner they opened a location closer to home called City View Cleaners (Burnhamthorpe Road and Erin Mills Parkway intersection). Sam and City View Cleaners provided excellent customer service and excellent quality of mending the broken zipper and ripped snow-pants pocket as per pictures attached the snow pants look awesome. Thanks!
