Equilibrium Massage Therapy
Sam is my go-to guy. Incredible RMT especially considering he is a recent graduate. I've cycled through most of the RMTs and they're all fantastic, I've never had a bad treatment here. I've also used equilibrium for chiro, physio, and accupuncture and they were all positive experiences with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Receptionists are awesome and the space is cozy, quiet and clean.

Equilibrium Massage Therapy
I have been here once the overall massage experience was good. For my next appointment they cancelled my appointment and called me when I was on my way to the clinic saying the therapist is off sick ! They should have called me first thing in morning. I booked 3 weeks ahead and planned my whole day around the appointment. Apparently they do this a lot as same thing happened with my brother twice.Edit: They did call me and rescheduled me for the next day. Hopefully no cancellation this time

Beautiful updated, clean and calm space. Front desk is always professional and friendly! Sasha at the Yates location is a fabulous masseuse! She is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very in-tune with her clients. She has an infectious positive attitude and goes the extra mile to make sure her clients are well cared for. I love that she works evenings too!

Equilibrium Massage Therapy
Had a few physiotherapy sessions with Kanu Pryia. She is very calm, patient and kind and the sessions have fixed almost 100% the issue I had with my arm. I am still having sessions of healing and I am confident my arm will fully go back to normal pretty soon. I recommend her services to anyone requiring physiotherapy.

I saw Lindsay at the Yates location for acupuncture! Lindsay was such a caring professional and helped me handle my concussion symptoms. I saw Lindsay for several months and would highly recommend to anyone dealing with concussion symptoms or other body pain.

This centre has helped me cure my shoulder pain that existed for about many months. For Massage - Martene is great and for Accupuncture Kat is too awesome.. You must try the theraphies at this centre, it will help you live a better life.

Very friendly staff. Nik is the best massage therapist I have had, and I have had many. He is passionate about his work and I never have a massage that I was not satisfied with. The new pelvic floor physiotherapist (Olivia) is warm, welcoming and makes you feel very safe (considering how sensitive some folks will be with this type of therapy). I have had great experiences with all my practitioners at this wellness centre!

Highly recommend Nik Nikolaev as a skilled massage therapist. I have shoulder and back pains from physical work and he fixed me! He is professional and give you deep message, focus and knows where the problem is. Thanks Nik.The clinic and staff are also great too!
