TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I usually use the ATM, but I make it a point to use the tellers once a week when I can. Everyone I have encountered is pleasant and not the corporate customers friendly pleasant. Kind of a small town feeling. I have on the odd occasion had to wait because there wasn't enough tellers, but I waited, kind of like what one would do in a family place.And that's because of the friendly yet professional atmosphere.

The team at this branch are super helpful and professional, I had a very complicated issue and they helped me patiently.A lovely lady called Micheal was with me for more than an hour, carefully trying to resolve my issue. Same as the branch manager. I went to several TD branches before this one, and no one was able to help me, very happy with my experience here.

I've had all great experiences with the bank tellers here. They're very respectful, knowledgeable, and have a positive attitude. I also appreciated Mohammad for his help, very efficient and friendly. He showed professionalism, kindness and understood his clients' needs.

Being a loyal customer with TD for almost 15 years, this is the most disappointed experience ever! Something was wrong with the check I wrote and got an answer it was the mistake I made. After telling them I am thinking to quit my account, the representative named Britney said Sure

Thanks the representatives who helped protect me from a robber who was forcing me to get a new card so he can withdraw all my money from my account. They acted very professionally in helping me and preventing that from happening. May Allah bless them in abundance

I must say that my experience here was fantastic when I came here roughly 2 weeks ago. Fahim was very helpful in explaining all of the details for my new bank account and all of the benefits too. The staff at this branch are very kind and patient as well.The location is terrific in that it's accessible by public transit and their business hours are very convenient.Overall I'm a very happy customer!

The manger on Saturday is horrible incredibly unhelpful and racist

Time to step up and increase security. This is the third time i am seeing people smoking inside the atm. Does td has any security camera s if yes anyone monitors them? Its really making withdrawals one of the worst experiences

I was given a time for a Saturday to meet with an advisor to make changes to a corporate account. However, upon arrival at the branch, the receptionist couldn't find an appointment scheduled which was very disappointing. With kids' activities and busy weekend schedules, we were left waiting for the advisor to be free. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate given that I had confirmed a time and day while visiting the branch. Have to reconsider relationship with TD on the corporate and other personal accounts given the low level of service which is going to be inconvenient but perhaps necessary as they seem to have too many clients and not enough service.

Very disappointed. No one is helpful here not even the manager. Worst with customer service. This is the closest branch of my house still I avoid this branch. There behavior made me feel closing the account with TD. I have experience of banking with different banks in different countries but worst service I ever got is in this branch. Never will recommend anyone.
