Soft serve ice cream cone was soup.Two blizzards- both soup.If you want ice cream soup...I didn't pay almost $30 for soup. Won't be back and will let my network know as to not waste their money.

Bought a blizzard cake on Tuesday, first off, it was barley even an Oreo blizzard cake. It had no chocolate ice cream for the bottom, barley any idea at all. The middle was completely lacking in any of the goodness you’re expecting. The worst dq cake I have ever bought, and will not return to Fennel ever.

Terrible manager. Order via mobile app. Order was incorrect, call the store when we got home and was advised by the manager that they can't return to card and i would need to reach out to head office BUT could credit us for 1 week.....the credit should have been used whenever we could get there.Reach out to head office and have been advised that this is a franchise issue!So brutal, don't Order from this store.July 6, 2023- I did reach out via website originally and was told to reach out to the store, so thanks for advising that,but it's already been done. Please just refund my money!

Never enough topping. It doesn't matter which sundae, there is never enough topping. The topping should go all around, not a tablespoon worth on one side. The last time I ordered a Peanut Buster Parfait here, the fudge never covered the peanuts on any of the layers. When I got to the bottom, it was a dot of fudge in a corner of the cup and 2 spoons of peanuts. Basically this parfait was ice cream and peanuts.My last Pecan Mudslide here was pretty much all fudge and a drizzle of caramel.I should not need to add sauce to my sundae when I get home which is often the case.I am a regular Dairy Queen goer. I live 6 minutes car ride away from this location but I go to a location 17 minutes from home. I've given this location too many chances and there is no improvement, just unnecessary attitude when I ask for topping on my not so cheap Sundae. I have a bit of a soft serve addiction so DQ sees me at least 3 days a week for a sundae and 2 times a month for meals for 3.I have been going to this location since the 80's and the service has always been up and down but the last 6 months has been the worst.I once cancelled 3 meals and went else where because my grandsons wanted sundaes with their meals and not cones. One grandson has disabilities and holding a cone is difficult. I asked to substitute the cones in the kids meals by putting it in a cup and I would pay extra for the topping. The cashier refused and when I asked for the supervisor, she said she was the supervisor.2 weeks ago, I was close to this DQ and I decided to give it another try. I ordered a Pecan Mudslide at the drive thru. Once again, it was mostly fudge and this time, I could almost count the number of pecans and the price went up.Enough is enough, serve customers according to the pictures. Good-bye Fennell DQ. I absolutely love where I go now.

I went to the location on Fennell. The service was amazing. I ordered the new Bacon ranch combo.My food was not up to temperature. I spoke with a gentleman whose name was Vince. He had them remake my order. It was great. Vince is a super guy. He ensured that I would continue to frequent Dairy Queens by replacing my order. He ended up buying me a Blizzard. I didn't expect that. I was happy with my order being replaced. I would recommend everyone to go and eat there. Thanks for the great service.

Staff here are so sweet and always bring the food to you’re table young or old it doesn’t matter. Great chicken wraps and cotton candy blizzards too!

What to say about a successful franchise? I always good customer service and products from them. Never got disappointed, I even got cakes many times. As all know their prices are high comparing other brands , but the still have the good quality. Their shakes are really good and very thick from real fruit other than some syrup, but pricey.

I ordered through skip and they didn’t put my entire order in my bag. I was credited for the missing item and had to reorder. Finally I was able to eat and I bit into my chicken finger and found a metal staple which ripped into my gum. I was horrified and disgusted. I will never order here again.
