Bentley's Retreat

My puppy loves the doggy daycare!! The owners & staff are so wonderful & my puppy is so excited to see them. We also get him groomed at Bentleys & it has always been a good experience.

As an employee of Bentley's Retreat, i can guarantee your dog will be happy and healthy here! Owners Scott and Linda have not only created a safe, positive environment for dogs, but for employees and customers alike! The love for dogs is very prominent at the retreat as both groomers and staff treat and love your pups like their own. Bentley's Retreat is the best job and place for you dogs. There is no where else i would take my pup :)

Wonderful doggy daycare as well as great grooming services! Also offers quality dogfood, treats and accessories! My dog and I love Bentleys!!

Unfortunately 1 star is the least you can give, however this place deserves 0 stars. My dog has been coming here for over a year, and I received a call 3 days prior to her grooming saying they won’t take her in anymore as she has “bit the washer/groomer”. I was never told about this, therefore that is an absolute lie. If a dog has bit an employee the owner would be notified and called. Spoke with a disgusting man on the phone stating he “doesn’t know” what’s going on as his trash woman of a wife called earlier to let me know they can’t provide service to my pup anymore, but proceeded to lie saying it’s because she barks and they got a bylaw fine. Next time you try to lie tell your husband your lie before he slips up.My dog probably has anxiety related to this grooming place as she is a wonderful, and sweet golden doodle.

We take our dog here for grooming and daycare and they treat him so well. My dog tries to escape my car before I can get a leash on him because he’s always so excited to see the owners and staff. We appreciate being able to have someone we can trust to leave our dog with while we’re at work.

My shy chihuahua loves going to Bentleys for her grooming. She always comes out looking so fluffy, smelling so pretty and always has a lovely bow on afterwards ❤️

My pup LOVES daycare at Bentley's. She can't run in fast enough each morning we arrive, so she can go play with her friends. They are so kind and take extra care to make sure your furkid is having fun and is well taken care of. Also great selection of healthy yummy treats.

Nice little daycare in the neighbourhood with reasonable packages for half days compared to a lot of other places. Owner was accommodating with allowing my dog to do his trial today and it went well. Nice treats and accessories available as well. Bully sticks were cheaper than at PetSmart. Minor glitch with a purchase using the machine but the owner quickly addressed the issue.
