I was so happy with the work that Ken did for me, that I have referred him to a few of my friends for their services as well. I had a couch I just couldn't get the smell of pets and kids out of (serves me right for having pets and kids! haha!) and I really came to him as a last resort, because my couch was ugly but comfortable - and well, Ken got it clean for me - saving me the expense of buying a new one!
