The Hive on Pelissier
I was one of the first to move in and I can tell you that its not tacky. I had seen many apartments at this price point and The Hive by far exceeds all expectations. All appliances are top quality including in suite washer, dryer and gym. The best part is that the owners are local and are always available. They have spared no expense to make sure all my needs have been met.

The outside of the building is absolutely fabulous. I'm glad to see more life coming to the downtown area.
