I purchased lot of stuff from the store, and Last month I purchased 2 set bathtub and glass door, I just checked the size this week, It's too big for my bathroom, on August 24, 2022 around 16:00. I come to store try ask if I can return them, The cashier is nice and try to help, but a male manager stop her. And he is so rude to treat people, not just me also the staff work here. He Just say : No Return! Then running away, without any explaining. And he started give aggressive command to others worker. I was try to talk with him ,but I feel uncomfortable when I see the way he treated people work here. Then I just leave. He shouldn't be changer in the store, a store manager not really look like this. I am not sure how he can be a manager here. For a Non Profit Organization, Habitat For Humanity, the staff work here and the customer deserves a better lender, a better manager.

Habitat for Humanity is a great place to donate unwanted house furniture and building supplies. Habitat has furniture for your home, lighting including fixtures, switches, covers and more. They sometimes carry surplus items which are new in packages still. They have tiles and trim for finishing your home projects, always a good idea to go in there with measurements as you dont know what you'll find and items are not replenished as its donated. They also have some appliances, doors windows, sinks and faucets. Definitely worth checking out, clean and well organized. Prices clearly and appropriately marked.

In my idea it is one of the best in Windsor. You can find many home appliance, furniture, tools and... with good price there. If it is not important for you to buy just new things, I advise you to go there. I have bought many things from there with affordable cost. It is something like Good will with more furniture and ... .

Always a great selection of D.I.Y. do it yourself home improvement hardware, plumbing fixtures, recycled/used kitchen and bath cabinets, toilets, sinks, home lighting, used tools, home furniture too! All donated items in functional condition accepted (80% tax deductible receipt provided), the sales go towards Habitat for Humanity building projects across Essex County. They accept cash or credit. Volunteers welcome, friendly place to browse or buy material for your renovations. They also carry paints, exterior and interior doors, door frames, storm doors, blinds, chandeliers, electrical switches and outlets much cheaper than buying brand new.

Prices are higher than home depot! Most of their trim has black mold on it which is a hazard to everyone walking around them. Yet the are trying to sell and they are asking an arm and a leg for them.I will never come back.I think they forget the cause of selling these used stuff is to help out charity. It seems like they need a big cut from the sales.

It was awesome to see that the chairs from the former vaccination centre at Devonshire Mall were being picked up yesterday, and will be repurposed. Speaking with the crew member loading the truck was a great experience too. Keep up the good work.

I really like this place. Their prices are good and the usually have a good selection of furniture. That being said, if you plan on buying large pieces, you best make sure you can transport them. The only have immediate removal or delivery. Their delivery charge is $80.00. I've had to pay the charge twice now but in future, I'll make sure I have a truck available.
