Condescending pharmacy technician. Constantly accuses me of making his job more difficult. Refuses to prepare my medication as prescribed.

Listen, my back is bad due to a work injury. Walking is painful. Doctor gave me a new prescription. But calling here, they helped me send a pic via their app. But delivery was not an option via app. Remembering our conversation alone. They delivered my prescription that I desperately needed.

The customer service from the front cashiers and the people working the floor or post office is great. My disappointment is with the staff at the pharmacy Rx counter itself. I have never felt that level of disrespect or contempt from people working at an Rx counter before. There have been some exceptions to this rule very recently, but overall it has been awful. I have to work up the nerve before going to pick up my medication, which in itself is a sign that I should just change pharmacies. If I wasn’t a creature of habit, I would have by now.

This is a great drugstore and Post Office counter. The staff in the pharmacy and everywhere is most helpful and polite. The Post Office counter has long lines, but the staff is very helpful. There is a great choice of merchandise for good prices as well.

Attitude and snobbery! This is for the pharmacy not the store. I waited at the pharmacy counter for more than 5 minutes while a big blonde on the other side was ignoring me completely before coming with a very cold and snobby manner saying hi. She was very very rude. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, and while waiting, the big blonde was looking towards my side and laughing with her colleagues. When finally the pharmacist came to see me and started to tell her what happened; she started to deny that happened as if I was lying! Imgaine, someone brought as a superior doesn't understand the basics of customer service: the customer is always right. She made no apology and recognnized she did not see what happened. Jeez..I was very frustrated. Go to another pharmacy if you like to have peace of mind

I brought in a prescription at 5:30pm and was told it would be 30 mins for it to be ready. I told the girl I would return around 8:30pm. Upon arrival to pick up at 8:40pm, the cashier advises the pharmacist needed to talk to me. The pharmacist advises that they do not have the original medication and only have the generic. The prescription specifically said no substitute. I asked why no one called me to tell me this after I dropped off the prescription earlier. He said they called out my name. I explained that I dropped it at 5:30pm and told the lady when I would returned so I was not there to hear my name. I was and still am upset that I went all the way back there to not get my prescription. The cashier didn’t like my reaction and made a face to another colleague who turned around right in front of me to look who I was. The pharmacist actually asked me if I cared if it was not generic, I told him, if the Dr. specified for it not to be then yes I do care. He said he was going to have to call another pharmacy. Once he walked away, I told the cashier how I didn’t appreciate the face she made towards me and that they could have called to tell me they didn’t have it in stock. I ended up leaving with no prescription and told them I would go somewhere else.There have been many other issues there and this was the last draw for me, they will not get another cent from me & hope that the owners read these postings to know what terrible service and staff they have working for them. I could not post without putting a star rating, unfortunately there isn’t a minus option.

long queue at pharmacy .i made order online, wait time was 15 min to speak to the staff at counter , she told me my order wasn't ready .she suggested me to order again at the spot , wait time would be 30-45 min .i left ...that just insane :(

The worst pharmacy ever! Employees are very disrespectful especially the blonde. The wait is always very long.

The staff is nice and polite for the most part. However, the pharmacists seem to like “power trips”, and have needlessly interfered in my treatment plan, constantly questioning my doctor’s prescriptions for no apparent reason. The wait times, perhaps for this reason, are astronomically long. I ended up transferring my file elsewhere.
