Met a mortgage specialist at this branch named Charlotte Ray. Applied for a pre-approval. 11 days later, no Yes, no No, and no idea when a decision would be made., This was a totally useless experience and a very injconderate invasion of my privacy. Many promises made about how I would like the results delivered, but in the end, nothing at all was delivered.

Was experiencing some difficulties with some paperwork for Direct Investing, but James Clark went above and beyond to find the solution and make sure my problem was solved. Friendly service and expertise beyond anything any bank has ever done for me. I would recommend anybody to bank here.

Terrible place to do banking (this location only). I come in with simple issues or concerns and end up having to go through a bunch of hoops and loops for no reason.Also, this Bank, changed my PIN/restricted access to my account without my knowledge and could only tell me that I needed to change my PIN.Aweful banking experience, they overcharged me for 12months, before finally agreeing they were over charging me for my accounts.I also get charged for over draft protection when I was informed by them, I wasn't able to have overdraft protection.The absolute worst Bank, do not trust with your funds/ financial needs

My regular branch is the downtown main (personal) or Shelbourne & McKenzie (business). However, the Hillside branch is on my way to work. Worst customer service each time I go there. Avoid the teller called Drew" or something like that at all costs. He's cold and has no clue what he's doing. He couldn't process a simple wire transfer. There's a reason this branch has the worst reviews of all RBC locations in town. The customer service is either super basic or completely awful."

Worst bank I ever went to. They made everything difficult instead of easy. Just opening an account was hard. And their online banking is not as good as TD. RBC also invests heavily in the oil companies with the worst environmental records. I will now avoid RBC for life, for many reasons.

Ashley is great. RBC itself is awful. Their own systems don't work properly which ended up with me getting calls from their collections department. This was through absolutely no fault of mine. I would have given 1 star but Ashley E. saved the day. I was mad and she handled it all very well. Thank you Ashley! Avoid RBC at all costs in my opinion, but if you have to bank there, go to Ashley.

There is a guy won't let me deposit money for my wife even I have the card and password. I did not ask to withdraw but to deposit. I don't understand what was he thinking. I've been depositing money for my wife for months and he is the only one rejected me. I will never come to this branch again. Goodbye Mr. turkey head.
