EXPERTS DUCT CLEANING
NEVER USE this company. They didn't finish the job because their vacuum pump stopped working. The fumes from trying to start the pump came in through the open door and filled our house. We had to call the fire department. It took them 2 hours to get the carbon monoxide levels down to zero. The techs were aware that our carbon monoxide detector was going off before they left. After us reporting this to them, they are still not willing to refund our money. This is the dust on our table AFTER the service was done.

EXPERTS DUCT CLEANING
After I received the duct cleaning service, I realized that the fan buttons of the HRV system are not working. I tried to reach them repeatedly but they didn't get back to me. I started thinking if the whole service is a scam. I am extremely unhappy with the result and they end up causing more trouble from where I start. I don't recommend for anyone to use this company.

This is a total sham! I checked with Revenue Canada and the HST number does not match with the business name. Also reported them to the Red Deer RCMP.

EXPERTS DUCT CLEANING
Do NOT use them. They posted their ad on Facebook under the name “Alan Morgan”. They showed up late and said we needed to upgrade our package and then took 30 mins to clean a 2700 sq ft home that has never had duct cleaning done before. They didn’t clean all of the vents like they said they would and also damaged our freshly painted walls in our basement. They are now not responding on Facebook or via text message. They are scammers.

DO NOT do business with these thieves. I was overcharged by $150 and when I questioned it with the Sales Rep I got the runaround and then was blocked on messenger.

Bunch of scam artists had duct cleaning services done from them they ripped all the wires out my furnace and put a whole in my ac coils don't trust these guy they are not qualified

This company is a fraud. Posted on facebook market place under a name Josh Marsh showing a stolen picture of a young family. They are in fact a group of foreign crooks that try to scam people for more services when they couldn't even perform the original task you paid for. TOTAL THIEVES.....DO NOT LET THEM INTO YOUR HOME

Came in did less than the bare minimum. Basically quick blow out of vents for $200. Everything you thought you were getting costs extra and they offer services I’m pretty sure they are not qualified to provide. This is false advertising at best closer to a scam.

EXPERTS DUCT CLEANING
Worst service ever. Didn’t clean properly. Brought dirty and muddy vent inside and took everywhere without any towels and clothes underneath. Left all dirty and dusty around all vents and didn’t even bother to clean or vacuum it. They were asking for an extra money for vacuuming after. All grass pieces were on my carpet everywhere with their big hose with dirt. I won’t recommend anyone. Also left the lint behind at the outside dryer vent. What a worst work ethics!
