I came to Daniel knowing what style of ring to get and with a budget. He was able to get me more than what I wanted and was amazing throughout the whole process!He was super responsive and worked quickly to get my ring done in time before my trip!

Although over phone/email, may not be the most traditional way to pick out or design an engagement ring, it was the perfect option for us (given the fact that we live seven hours north of Toronto). I had the pleasure to have the engagement ring made by Daniel. When I made the initial custom consult, he was speedy with his response and gave 110% in making the ring of my fiance's dream. He was also really accommodating when I needed a band change, in which I am forever grateful for, as well as making the ring as soon as he can to fit a proposal timeline I made. When I went to retrieve the ring, you can sense the passion he has, as well as the care and craftsmanship taken to make the ring. The first jeweller I went to when looking for a ring was Dan. After meeting with him and discussing options, I didn't bother looking anywhere else. He was so helpful and knowledgeable when it came to explaining the different options and how he makes them.Dan often would respond to emails within 10 minutes. He was great to work with and he made the process easier than I ever thought it could be. We were always greeted and welcomed when we walked into the store by both Dan and his mother.Most of all, he made the perfect ring for my now fiancé!Don't waste your time at the big box stores or other jewellers... I first liked Serli and Siroan after discovering the selection of unique, classy engagement rings shown on their website, but actually decided to pay them a visit them because of the long history of very satisfied customer reviews.The reviews are all true, and I had an incredible experience as well. I appreciate efficiency and visited them with a budget, a travel deadline and an idea of what I wanted the ring to look like, and Daniel met and exceeded all of my needs while making my time there very enjoyable. The ring was built and ready to go with plenty of time to spare, and was even better looking than I had hoped. They have very high craftsmanship standards which come through in their final products.My now fiancé absolutely loved the ring, and as an added bonus it fit perfectly – impressive considering the vague info I gave Daniel when guessing her ring size. We will be recommending Serli and Siroan to our friends, and will return because we know we will receive friendly, exemplary customer service if we do.

It was a complete pleasure to work with Serli & Siroan for an engagement ring. I found the whole process to be a very positive experience. Daniel worked with me for over a month until we found the diamond I wanted. He then tailors and customizes each ring for the stone and your design choices.Daniel is very welcoming and upfront. I never felt pressured, and he was very responsive throughout the process. He finished the ring one week ahead of schedule, which was a welcomed surprise. In the end, he produced an engagement ring of incredible artistry and detail that my fiance and I absolutley love.To summarize, the craftsmanship is positively top notch, and Daniel is very professional.
