Dr. Khanna - Eye Doctor

I've been here few times. They have this rating because they give free gifts when you review while in the office. I had to change locations because this office DOES NOT adhere to appointment times. Good luck getting a copy of your prescription or receipt. Each staff has a different story to give. This office has newly graduated high school students working there. They only care about selling you glasses and not your concerns. Frames are overpriced. Doctor is absolutely amazing but the service by the staff is definitely 1/5.

I have been coming to Dr. Khanna's clinic for more than 10 years and I have always been treated with exceptional care by the team and Dr. Khanna. The selection of glasses are always up to date with current trends. I have also come to them to source glasses and they were able to every time. Thank you Dr. Khanna and the team.

My search for a good place to pick my glasses ends here. They are professional and very friendly. I got some issues with my first pair of glasses and they fixed it without any questions. Any other opticians would have either not done it or made it very difficult. Dr. Khanna is very comfortable to talk to :)Highly recommend this place!!!

We’ve been going to them since for almost 10 years now and they always treat us well. Dr. Khanna and her staff always makes us feel welcome and appreciated, and they always try their best to get us what we need.Our family of 5 has been getting glasses, consults, and contacts from them and we’re glad to support local since locals support us.

Dr Khanna herself is an amazing doctor, she is such an amazing woman. BUT the policies in place for getting frames is not. I had an eye exam and saw frames I though I'd like, I then changed my mind after finding them cheaper, I called in as soon as I realized I would not be getting the frames from them & was told by a receptionist that theres nothing they can do for me and it was already ordered and processed which is impossible because I only placed an order 4 days ago when I was told it would take 2 weeks & I WAS NEVER TOLD WHEN GETTING THE FRAMES THAT THERE IS NO CANCELLATION, I was told if anything happens to them I cannot come back to get it fixed.I recommend eye exams here with Dr.Khanna, but frames? You're better off elsewhere.

My son and I went to Dr Khanna for his eyes. Staff and Dr Khanna is very pleasant. Customer care is definitely present here. I will be going back for my eyes.

I’ve always have had a great experience going to Dr. Khanna. Her staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about every area of the clinic. Jas is amazing with her customer service and friendly personality. She very inviting and goes above and beyond to make every person person feel important. I can’t say enough about the staff. Dr. Khanna is very lucky to have such an amazing staff. I’ll be coming form another 10 years.

Dr Khann is a good optometrist but their customer service is lacking. Spent a lot of money on frames and lenses, but they offer no warrant if a lens pops out or an arm breaks. Couldn’t even provide proper screws to fix my Michael Kors eyeglass arm back into the frame. Went somewhere else and they were able to fix it on the spot. I will not return, as it appears they just want you to buy new frames anytime something goes wrong with your glasses or sunglasses.
