I cannot say enough good things about the CentreCore team . I’m extremely impressed with the level of expertise and high quality service that I received. They are the only one that I would recommend for HVAC services.

Talk about not taking responsibility.These jokers sent someone to install a heater cooling unit.It took over 50 days during the cold snap.Then when summer came and we ran the AC ....the condensation tube wasn't hooked up properly and flooded the carpet.Its been 2 weeks and I've been told someone will deal with it....no call backs and blaming everyone else but their own incompetence.Do yourself a favor and hire someone who takes responsibility for the damage they cause and will remedy their mistakes instead of trying to blame everyone else.Poor customer service indeed

My air conditioner wasn’t running properly so I had another company come out and have a look at it. They told me the unit needed to be replaced and would cost between $5000-$6000 so I called Core for a second opinion. Tyler cleaned my air conditioner and added some refrigerant and said there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. Thanks for the fantastic service

Definitely get a quote before they do they work. Additional charges on the invoice that should be part of their costs of doing business instead of passing things like owning a service vehicle down to the customer.
