We just spent a wonderful week at Oastler Lake Provincial Park and we have Johnny to thank for a big part of that great week! We had some inverter/ converter issues with our trailer and couldn't figure out how to get through the week without having to cancel our vacation and drag the trailer home for repairs. Johnny took the time to help us troubleshoot the issues and come up with an ingenious way to keep our trailer working right for the remainder of our vacation! Installed a vent fan in my ambulance and it turned out great, everything was professionally done with good attention to detail in a timely matter and at a reasonable cost.

We recently discovered a leak in our trailer skylight as we were travelling from BC to Ontario. We called Campbell Direct (Parry Sound area) in a panic to hopefully fix our skylight before a heavy rain drenched us. Johnny Campbell saved our bacon by his quick response and professional workmanship. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the repair. The skies opened up a day after the fix and the skylight remained perfectly dry. Yahoo! Johnny’s price was certainly reasonable as well. Wonderful to deal with, thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

I experienced a major plumbing leak this summer (2021) in my RV Travel Trailer. Luckily I have insurance, however my insurance company did require a RV Leak Test and a Water Distribution System Leak Test prior to reviewing my cliam. Johnny from Campbell Direct Marine and RV was able to provide these services. My trailer is permanently parked at a trailer park in Parry Sound ,Johnny was very accommodating and agreed to meet me at my location. Johnny was extremely thorough and spent several hours inspecting my trailer and performing the tests requested from my insurance company. Johnny is honest, experianced and professional. I would highly recommended Campbell Direct Marine and RV, they have been super helpful during a very stressful plumbung situation.
