Yesterday I used the valet service for the first time because safety is usually an issue for me. I left my purchases for the day in my car and even forgot my cell. When I returned for my car, I was impressed by the level of service and happy to find everything where I left them in my car.

I was surprised to find valet in the lane by Holt Renfrew. Super easy, staff were great, will definitely by coming back.

Friendly professional staff. Minimal wait when picking up my car. Best part is they accept credit cards!
