Shoppers Drug Mart

They told me Monday my prescription would be ready Wednesday. I arrived Wednesday after 5pm and it wasn't ready. Prescriptions are too time sensitive for this.Update about a month later: same thing happened again today. This prescription is time sensitive so I call in advance, yet they still can't get it ready in time

Well I'm totally appalled! I was at shoppers drug mart in Ingersoll and grabbed coffee that was on sale.. It was on for $7.99 and when I got to the till she rang them for $10.99. When I told her they were on sale she called the manager and told me to go dbl check and yup sale signs under all of them. I couldn't figure out what was taking him so long so I walked back to find him moving and removing the sale stickers. He had no idea I was watching him and I called him out on it. He said I could have one at the sale price but that was it. I said so that's how you run this store! I'll spend my money elsewhere

I recently visited this store to make a return. I purchased a forehead infant thermometer from another shoppers location as my little one was ill and needed to be monitored for fever. The thermometer gave repeated fever readings and as instructed I took my baby into London children's hospital ER. When I arrived, my child did not have a fever. The triage nurse advised against using that thermometer. When we were checked over by the pediatrician she advised the same. As per the receipt, there is a 30 day return policy (with exceptions as outlined on the website). According to all posted information including the website, since I had the receipt and had purchased the product only two days before it was eligible to return. The cashier asked why I was returning it and I explained the situation. She told me I had to contact the manufacturer and she couldn't return the product as it was open. I asked her to show me where it said that. She told me it says that in the manual inside the box and proceeded to show me the contact information for the manufacturer. She then told me they couldn't send it back so that's why she couldn't return it. We continued back and forth and her comments were beginning to become rude and condescending. When asked to show her stance on the return policy in writing she did not once refer to the shoppers return policy, and instead argued based on what seemed to be an opinion (including her daughter's opinion on the product, insinuating both the doctors and my opinions were invalid). I left the store and called head office customer service from my vehicle. They also told me I was fully within policy to return it and advised me to try again at the store I purchased it at. I proceeded to do so a few days later and the store I purchased it at completed the return with no issue (I did not tell them about my issues at the Ingersoll store). I would not shop at this location again.

Made 3 trips for 1 prescription, horrible communication, faxed the wrong prescription to my doctor, the young girl serving me was not helpful and made no eye contact, benefit web site down and had to pay cash & co e back (4th time) for reimbursement. I was so besides myself that I went to another pharmacy.

Awful pharmacy they tell u a time and we always wait and extra hour and a half min to pick it up and it’s NEVER ready. Don’t give a time if u are too busy to handle it but to mention I’ve encountered SOME of the younger girls making fun of my youngest because hes different. Not very please. There is one young girl who is always very pleasant and kind so I’m not saying it’s everyone but honestly disgusting some of the behaviour

Bought 2 products that were advertised as on sale. When we realized that we were charged full price, we went back to get our money (or a credit). When the stock employee (young boy) went to check the items, he indicted they weren't on sale and removed the sale tags. When asked to see the sale tags, they were unable to provide as they threw out the tags. Clearly those sale tags shouldn't have been there but they weren't able to admit their mistake. Instead we were told there was nothing they could do. Very shady situation and displeased with the outcome. Don't advertise things on sale and charge full price. The boy who removed and threw out the tags clearly would rather talk to his coworkers instead of making sure the products are marked correctly.Edit: Response to owner: I would very much like to contact customer service, but cannot get through due to extreme wait times.

Always love Shoppers . Favorite is Woodbine and O'Connor. Place is clean, bright and has everything in stock. The employee ls are always courteous and happy which is very welcoming.

Several people were in line and instead of having additional staff help. Customers had to wait while at least 3 staff were standing around.

Front Store Manager directed me to use self check out. With hesitation I complied. Transaction was difficult and front store Manager was of no help. Tried to give direction that was not applicable to the issue. Told him I did not like the self check out and that I preferred a human cashier.He turned his back and walked away rudely.

The front of the store is great, the pharmacy not so much. The pharmacy team can be very unorganized and doesn't prioritize their customer's time. After being with Shoppers before moving to Ingersoll I decided to stay with them but after 7 years of mediocre at best service I've run out of patience and will be moving to a new pharmacy.
