Garbage shop .. sitting idle whole day breaking chairs … called for price of Kutajharist. Was told they had but did not tell me the price asked to come.Went next day after travelling for 1.5 hrs to buy was told the price is 25 CAD plus tax. Remember it’s sells for 88 INR 1 CADLady told its hard for her to tell the price on phone but it’s not hard according to her for someone to travel foe 1.5 and come to find the unaffordable exorbitant price .Went straight about selling what other medicines they have. Pls Learn customer service, get up the chair and do something.For those looking for medicines and treatment get a proper consultation from India and buy meds online from Distakart. This is a rip off.Now there will be a response will be generic response. No thanks let’s see how long you can carry business this way.

Went there twice & both times woman there tries to force you buy whatever she has in her shop Instead of what you ask for, telling that thing she has is better & its popular there or so. Moreover if u insist she showed only 1 bottle of what i asked for that too with broken seal. Trying to fool customer. She thinks she is too smart. Will never go there again.

3 times the price, total rip off. They say their quality is better, how can the same name brand quality with same potency be better than other places that are selling for lesser price. And yes the lady did try and upsell me to buy more juices. Never ever again will I go there. Lesson learnt.

Very bad Customer Service. If you call in to ask about a normal product and prices, they do not respond professionally and Gives you the worst customer experience. Would not recommend going to such places. They need to learn more about customer services.

They carry a Great collection of herbal products. My dad was visiting Canada and has chronic constipation, I took him to Sumeru Herbs and they advised some juices for quick relief and some for permanent solution. The products were amazingly effective. The herbal consultant was very helpful in advising products. I will visit again and definitely recommend friends to use their products.

She always do hard sell to customer. And try to be a doctor all the time. She was saying juice effects quickly than powder. I have 2 ayurveda doctors in my family. Why ayurveda made powders if juice was so helpful? Both have different meanings and time of taking. Depends what problems do you have and powder and juice both can consume on what problem do you have. But she was like okay DO not take this" take this bottle... with that take this two ..also this and that and here your bill is $110. I have seen she always try to sell more than 100 dollar. And act like she is an ayurveda doctor. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. INSTEAD buy same product online with long expiry date. Or order from India or ask someone to bring if someone is coming from India"

As per the lady at the register you need to know exactly what you want when you go to their store because they have 900 products and you are not allowed to browse in the store due to COVID". When I asked for the brochure staff lady was rude. It seems like the staff does not know the meaning of customer service.I had to search online for the product as I was not sure of the exact product name. After I found the name she brought the product at the front. I paid for the product and she felt it was the right time to tell me there is No Refund or exchange on any purchase (AFTER I PAID FOR IT).By this time I was so mad that I didn't pay attention to the product expiry date and left. I noticed the product was expired when I got home. Since I was not allowed to select which bottle I want to pick in the store

Love, love these products!! My husband and I have been using them for over 5 years and we see great and fast results. I highly recommend them. If you have problems like infertility, irregular periods, anemia, diabetes, pain, infections, hormone imbalance or you just want to boost your immune system and stay healthy, you must try them. Firstly what ever you ask for she never has it and tries to over sell other products by telling that her suggested products are better than what we want. Tells about no exchange or refund policy after you pay. All her products looks like home sealed with no quality and not at all helpful, and the prices of her products are so high as if they are being sold by huge pharma company.

A lot of products and a knowledgeable staff. I'm 63 and started taking the treatment for my knees a few months ago. I have noticed significant improvement. The products are fairly priced based on the quality and effectiveness.
