Customer service was very nice. The lady there helped me select glasses that I'm sure to enjoy. For that I'm very grateful and you guys did well. However the wait time to get these glasses ready is unheard of. I have been to many glasses shops. Lenscrafters, Jamison optical, that one in city center mall, even Costco for goodness sake. This is by far the longest wait. She said it could take up to 2 weeks!!!

Went in today to get some new glasses. Awesome selection and great prices (60% lenses and frames when you purchase 2 pairs). The employee, Bandan, was very helpful and she and the other woman in the store offered wonderful customer service. I will definitely be back if I ever need glasses again.

Went in and asked if they had a spare screw to fix my glasses that fell apart. The wonderful girl that worked there fixed them up promptly for me no questions asked! Very friendly staff!

Gurleen helped me well to fix my glasses on Nov-10-2022 in Edmonton Capilano mall. She was very helpful, willing to serve and easy going. I was happy to get help from her. She is a very good personnel for business.
