Essential Livingston Townhomes

I love how modern these townhomes are, very vibrant and spacious- pet friendly too! Management are friendly and responsive and the overall community is very welcoming.

As a resident of Essential Livingston Townhomes I am very pleased to write this review. I was from out of Province and the staff at Essential Livingston Townhomes made my application, move-in and my stay very efficient and pleasurable. Everyone has been very helpful, professional and friendly. I have to also add that the units are very nice, modern and clean. They are also integrated in a very welcoming and friendly neighborhood. To add to the bonus they are also conveniently located to many amenities!! Thank you Essential Livingston Townhomes for the opportunity to make NW Calgary my home!!

Love the design and modern feel of these townhomes! The inital application and renewal process was smooth and my interactions with any of the Essential Livingston team have always been very pleasant. I feel that communication has been great from the team and I find the online portal for maintenance requests to be quite efficient.

Such a beautiful area and builds. I have really enjoyed my time living in my place. Jen is very friendly and helpful (even when she’s off of work on her personal time she’s willing to answer the phone). She is a large part to why I will recommend Livingston townhomes to any and everyone. Thank you for everything!
