I lived there years ago, I was a student coming in from a different city and wasn't aware just how bad it was. Bedbugs were EVERYWHERE. I remember walking past someone's (closed) door and there was a bed bug on the door!! It was so bad and infested everything I had.. and when I talked to the pest control guy, he basically told me that the management only pays for half treatments. This place needs to have every tenant out, all the furniture thrown away and treat every single apartment and hallway at once. Fumigate the entire place for like, a month. At least. They need to clean up the building, completely redo the walls, floors, units... not just a cheap coat of paint to cover up the nastiness.It wasn't safe living there, idk about now but a couple years ago for sure there were a lot of drug activity and other things....I had to throw out everything I owned bc of this place. Avoid at all costs. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Full of bedbugs and cockroaches I have had to replace all MY electronics like microwave and toaster t.v. twice now I have been here for 4 months and there is always garbage all over the place needles all over the ground couple teanuts have lost there dogs due to them getting ahold if chicken bones thrown all over the lawn ... As well as there is a domictic disturbance every day and night I don't feel safe living here I am getting a security system. I have had to record a md vedio many times the yelling banging screaming women crying for help almost everynight .This place is not a place you want to live

I briefly lived here in 2018. The problems now that are making the news have been going on for years. The heat was out for 3 weeks in Dec. 2017 - Jan. 2018. Also, despite myself keeping an immaculately clean apartment, I'm a neat freak, I still had to battle with cockroaches. The maintenance staff did the best they could but their hands were tied due to ownership being fundamentally lousy. Because of the substandard living conditions, the rent is cheap and thus attracts many unsavoury people. Constant all-night parties and drug use every single night. Getting a solid night's sleep here is truly rare. I can tell you from personal experience, that this building is a prime candidate to be demolished. It's simply too far gone. I would NEVER recommend this building to anyone.

Called them a few times to finally get hold of them, and was asked to come see the property. Went in there assuming I was scheduled the appointment walked to the front door and no one responded on the phone. I stood there a couple of minutes and saw the management right on the other side of the door and was told they are busy to help me out and keep trying on the phone to get hold of the lady who gave me the appointment.The place is a wreak and falling apart when I walked around to see the place. I would never want to commit to a place like this or a management with the kind of ethics they showed me.

Terrible Place to live - Roaches Everywhere - bed bugs - garbage everywhere - No cameras - company doesn’t care about your health or safety - you can be the cleanest person on the planet - your things will be ruined and infested.

Horrific and neglectful. Companies like this are a blight on our cities and the reason we are in a housing crisis.

If management would get the halls and stairways cleaned weekly by a pro...like me then the building wouldn't have any pests.

A terrible management company. They underpay their employees. Nothing gets fixed or updated. An elevator which went from a basement to the 4th floor was broken for 8 months. Dripping pipes in the walls, flowing into another apartment for nearly a year. I could go on but I'm sure if your reading this you get the gist.

Wound up a health hazard just living there. Can't vote 0 stars. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Suzan is the saving grace here. Only reason gets 4 starsShe is an absolutly wonderfull woman.So polite friendly helpfull and understanding. Would have been delighted to have her a building manager.However Got delined for like no reason by the owener. she was stressed.ApperntlySorry to stress you out by trying to rwnt off you pft.
