Ｗe’ve had a residential lift elevator in our home for a number of years, and we have used a few of repair companies. Recently we started using Chinook Elevator and their quality of service has been exceptional. Any maintenance issues are responded to very promptly. Their technicians seem very knowledgeable and they always explain the work they are doing. We were especially impressed they were able to actually get ahold of the blueprints/schematics for our lift, they promptly addressed long-standing repair issues that have plagued us in the past, and they emailed us with follow-up explanations of detailed work. Basically we are just relieved to have found a company we can trust to respond promptly, address repairs correctly, charge fairly, and follow up when needed.
