It's exactly what you'd expect, small location but decent chicken very fast. Nothing fancy, but friendly staff and a good lunch option if you're in the area. Great family sized to-go options if you're interested.

I was quite disappointed today with my experience. I do feel that this location’s quality has gone down substantially. I ordered chicken tenders which are my favorite. They weren’t crispy and the quality was not the same. The staff was also not willing to make me fresh ones. I would probably opt out and go to a different fried chicken fast food joint next time. Sad to have experienced the soggy tenders.

I ordered food from here on Uber eats. I specifically ordered medium Cajun fries because I was craving their fries. They forgot to put the fries in the order which is such a dumb mistake because the fries are usually the first thing to go in the box! The Uber eats driver told me that they reassured him everything is in the bag and he said they were not paying attention. It's such a shame! If it was a drink or dipping sauce, I wouldn't have minded as much but to forget a whole part of a combo is so frustrating!!! And then when you try to order on Uber eats just the fries, it costs a whopping 11 dollars!! I'm never ordering from this location again.

Normally I don't write reviews however, I really wanted to bring attention to my experience with Jaspinder. She went above and beyond to correct my order. Her level of customer service is exceptional it really didn't go unnoticed. I will definitely be returning simply because of the service I received!

Loved the spicy chicken wings. Try with the Blackened Ranch sauce. God, I was in cloud 9. Small place but hygienically maintained. The toilets were clean enough. Loved the ambience. But be prepared to hear the 48 secs looping video advertisement music.

Popeyes is known across Canada for serving halal chicken However, the staff provided good service and the quality of food was pretty fine. Loved the spicy chicken wings. Try with the Blackened Ranch sauce.Overall 10/10. Keep it up ❤️

I asked if they knew any coupons or specials online and they told me to search. I asked if there were any specials and told me to search, so I stepped aside and let another customer go ahead of me to spend time searching. Nothing online fitted what I wanted so I ordered of the menu. I noticed the Cajun rice is gone and asked about it. They knew nothing and told me no beef because it's Halal (no problem but beef is Halal, and shrimp which is on the menu is not Halal lol). It OK I didn't care that much but Popeyes Cajun Rice is legendary. Anyways. Not helpful, not informed staff but they were friendly and my order was perfect and delicious.Chicken was a little under salted.

Walked into this location around 11:30am one day and heard the manager and employee yelling at each other. I stood there for a while ready to place my order and the yelling did not stop. I was not acknowledged at all and decided to walk away without ordering. I enjoy the food from Popeyes so this was really disappointing to witness. Customer service makes a huge difference. I wouldn’t recommend visiting if staff talk to each other this way.

Popeyes is known across Canada for serving halal chicken but you can't visually confirm whether the chicken is actually certified by the HMA because the certification was missing for customers to see. I'm unsure whether its just this store or all the Popoyes stores don't put up the certificate. However, the staff provided good service and the quality of food was pretty fine. I expect that the management will address the lack of certificate display, as it can be an important factor for customers seeking halal options.

Worst staff I have ever seen at this location. Just went to pick up my online order, at 11:30 they said we are closed and didn’t get my order. Wow and after discussing they prepared my order and took 20 mins. Just crazy! If they can’t make orders just close the doors at 11pm instead of making customers fool. Never gonna come back
