Service is very slow and don’t have a good understanding of the products or how to work the computer system. Closed on days that aren’t holidays.

Had a great experience with Tracy and staff at the Bell store. Switched from Telus, and she made it very worth my while. She was very knowledgeable and made the transition so easy. Great customer service! Thanks!!
