Great product! I'm very happy with the result in my home gym and storage area. Goes down easy and looks great!

I ordered a Rubber King mat through Amazon.ca. There was a bend in the corner and after giving it a week and half, it didn’t settle. I requested a refund which took a week to get approved. Though I wasn’t offered an exchange or a replacement, I paid S&H costs out of pocket. I did message the seller for other options (ie: exchange/replacement) but I didn’t not get a response. Also, considering the turn around time in getting a response, I didn’t want to risk passing the 30 day return window. I had also posted a review on their Amazon page but it has yet to be posted. Which leads me to believe their reviews on Amazon are skewed. Lesson learned. I would not recommend.

Contacted them in 2020 through their website for samples. Never heard from them.Called them 4 months ago in 2021 and they gave me a number of a person to call.Called them 3 times and left messages.NEVER heard from anyone so we did our entire home reno project with the help of Home Depot in Vernon.Would have liked to stayed local but Dinoflex would not give us the time of day.

Don't waste your time. Called, explained what I was looking for, transferred, left long message...NO RETURN CALLS. My advice, choose a business that's honestly interested in having your business.
