So I go right after the renovations and it's beautiful inside and the staff are so happy and kind to the customers. Sitting to do my work has been the most pleasant Starbucks experience ever. Listening to them happily talk to eachother makes me giggle it is such a kind environment here

My coffee was only Luke warm at best and by the time I realized it we were too far away. It's like the pot was off the burner for awhile before the person poured it for me in drive thru was terrible and expensive

Super friendly staff. Even with social distancing there's plenty of indoor and outdoor space to sit. Wifi was a bit choppy last time I went in, and not enough power points. But still my favourite location in town.

Typically, what you can come to expect from a Starbucks location. I was greeted upon entry and the shop was very clean and organized. I had ordered the Matcha Green Tea Latte and they accidentally made it a frappuccino. The barista was apologetic and communicative of what she was doing. My order was corrected and honestly, it didn't bother me because of how nice she and the others were. One thing to note about this location is that it is very popular with students at night and can be packed because so.

Tuesday Aug. 23, 2022 9:31 a.mWrong order, the lady M A (do want to defame her and mention her full name) showed us a horrible face at the drive through window, and she was annoyed when I asked her to correct the wrong order! Plus she seemed racist once she saw my wife in hijab, you can tell from her way and her face.

The staff at this Starbuck are amazing. They have been serving my father for over 15 years. Being away from him and living in newfoundland is hard. My father loves his coffee and everytime I call him he always has a wonderful story to tell about the staff at 1 helper road who serve him. This Christmas they surprised his with a beautiful gift from all of them. I just want them to know that they're kindness goes beyond just what they can see and I thank them so much. Ordered online and picked up in store and got home and both coffees are barely 2/3 full. If you go here be sure to check your drinks. You probably aren't getting what you're paying for.
