Cannot reach them all numbers I have found are not in service. Tried emailing them several times. Placed a 111 item order and it hasn't even begun to ship or be processed 12 days later but they took the payment from my credit card. Really not impressed. They emailed me saying they didn't have part of my order in stock and issued me a 'coupon' instead of refunding me yet still haven't shipped the rest of my order. This is my second order with them the first one was great service arrived fast and accurate. Will be contacting my credit card company if I can not get a hold of them soon.

I order frequently and have only ever had one issue that was dealt with promptly and professionally. I spoke with ANNA and they were able to resolve the tiny issue. Very much recommend. The quality and prices and exaclty what I need!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!I am not the type of person to write reviews but I am currently doing a time sensitive project and I ordered from this website because in the area I live in, it says one day shipping. My order has not yet been processed and it has been 2 days. I’ve tried emailing and calling but no one ever answers the phone. Now I have to order my t-shirts from another company. I just want a refund.

This is following up on a previous review I wrote. My Wordans return was processed today and I'm satisfied. My initial shipping cost was refunded and I received a full refund on the goods I purchased. I had to pay for return shipping, but I expected that. I plan on making another order right away as I'm satisfied with the service and value of the products. Only reason I returned my first order was because of fit/colour. I plan on being a repeat customer as you can't beat the value.

I just placed my first order with Wordans and I’m so excited to receive my package. I was on the fence with the items but Charlie was able to assist and provided such great customer service. It was nice of him to reach out to ask if I needed any help with my order. Thanks again!

We are beyond thrilled with this company. The customer service is incredible. I'm running out of fingers to count how many orders we've gotten and without any unresolved issues. The last order, one of the shirts became unavailable and Wordans gave me a coupon code for the price of the shirt and free shipping so I could order a replacement. I'm very impressed with my experience, as well as the product itself.

the site says if orders are placed before noon they will be shipped same day. i've placed 3 order all after noon. one would assume that means the order would be shipped next day. but all my orders are 2-3 days later.Also when i place one of my orders, the website showed there were lots of the shirts i need, I placed an order, and the shirts were out of stock. And i was not given an option to just change the shirt brand/style.There is no point in having a phone number for people to call, as there is no option to talk to a human. every option just says to refer to the website.And it takes 2-3 days for an email reply.I rated 4 stars, because of these issues.over all the everything is good.If you didn't claim to ship same day, that would be better. and creating a shipping label is not the same as shipping same day. if it's not picked up, it's not yet shipped.

Quality of product average, Delivery/fulfillment terrible. I chose a 24 hour item and it took 1 week to get to my home. I wrote the service dept twice (3 times considering a social media posting) and never received a reply. I have however received 2 requests from them to tell everybody about my Great" experience with Wordans. Obviously they do not read their mail.Would not use them again and would not recommend to a friend."

I’ve seen some reviews stating people never got their stuff…. I’ve ordered twice now from them, and pretty large quantities, and I’ve never had a problem! Stuff usually ships out within a couple days and then I get it 2 days after that! Never taken them over a week to get stuff to me.Awesome, genuine products.

My first order was for custom shirts. I uploaded the logo to their system and sized it. When I got my order, the logo was obnoxiously large and embarrassing to wear. The shirts were useless. Clearly no one actually used their brain to do this process.I decided to make a second an order of just plain shirts. First, the website was very buggy and frustrating to use. Then the website said I would get the order within two days. I needed it within 5 days so that was fine. The order never showed.I wasted my time and asked customer service what was going on. Apparently my account was flagged and so the order never came through. Flagged for what?! This was my second order!They finally sent the order a week too late. I decided to keep the shirts. I washed them and guess what... not only are they too small, my head barely fits through the hole and my neck feels like it's choking. Also, the cotton was thick which is what I wanted but it's also quite rough compared to the soft shirts that most companies have.So now, I have seven shirts that I can't wear and they won't take them back because they were washed. Also, customer service hasn't even gotten back to me about it.Wordans t-shirts are completely inconsistent in size. You're taking a big chance dealing with this company. I do not plan to order from them again.
