MyPhonak are great improvements with adjusting equalizer settings which are amazing within many different kind of sounds. I always enchanted every pitch of sounds without hearing the eerie sound for the best to listen out and also without the background sound for my work. That’s excellent devices I ever have been since 1977.

I have been taking my father to this location for the last 6 years. Victoria, Allan and the whole team has been wonderful. As my Dad’s hearing needs change over the years, their service has been impeccable,But most importantly their kindness and patience working with the elderly. I have also recommended all my friends to take their parents here. I am so grateful to have found this place!

I have been bringing my mom here for a few years. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. We have personally been dealing with Alan, who has been so kind and patient with my mom. If you have any hearing loss, don't look anywhere else. I can't say enough wonderful things about Hearing Solutions at Cloverdale Mall. Outstanding people that truly care.

My dad broke his hearing aid a few weeks ago and since he does not live in Canada, we haven’t been able to get the device fixed.Hearing solutions quickly booked an appointment with us, and gave him such great care and service that I will always be eternally grateful.Since he is not Canadian the prices are quite steep for us, but the level of care is just so fantastic that I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone that IS Canadian and does have Ohip.They do such a good job of making you feel comfortable and like you are in good hands.Such a lovely heartwarming experience.

If you are experiencing hearing loss I highly recommend that you visit Hearing Solutions, Cloverdale Mall, for all your hearing needs.It took them just one appointment to do my hearing test, to explore with me possible Phonak configurations in accordance with my deteriorating hearing condition, and to arrange for financing. The same day I was fitted with the temporary hearing aids and the final, custom made aids, were ordered and then delivered to me in just 2 days. As the last test, they played for me iternal Frank Sinatra’s “Fly me to the moon..”, something that I was unable to hear nor to enjoy in recent years.Elsie and all Cloverdale Mall Hearing Solutions staff: You are excellent and you made my life better!Gradimir Stefanovic

I’m really happy with how Rebecca helped my mother. She was patient and explained every step of the process. My mother can hear well now and is very happy with her hearing aids
