First at foremost the only reason I do business with WOW is because of their MasterCard offers and trade in credits (which can only be used on their merchandise). I've personally been to this location once for my wife and now currently for my mother. It seems that every time I come for these activations there's always something that comes up (issue). Most of the time it's because the associates are not trained properly when it comes to handling an activation. This time around it wasnt even a port over, rather a straight forward new line activation with koodo. They’re still unsure if the activation went through and has now called in a second associate to assist. When they called koodo they need a vendor ID and other credentials which they are confused about having. It's been some time now and I'm still lingering here ....Is it worth your time in general ? Probably not. But since they have the strongest activation incentives aside from the Mobile Shop i will continue to remain in queue.... Hopefully they activate it before the kiosk closes.... And it's only 6pm right now

HORRIBLE Customer Service. They try to offer you expensive deals first before anything. We visited them twice and noticed that they only give bits of information each time. Do your research first before getting ripped off by them.

The level of service was appalling! Caused me to lose my number during a porting, she didn't even really know how to do it. She could not answer any of my questions. She seemed to not even want my business. I avoided that booth for a long time, and when I finally gave it a chance they showed me what I had suspected the entire time. I would NOT waste my time there again. Not knowledgable, not very polite, poorly organized.
