I interviewed for project manager. The initial interview was very check the box". My second interview was with the VP/Owners. I meet EVERY single requirement for this job and have 10+ years of experience. We covered Salary expectations. The VP said my salary range would not be a problem. Then about 2 days later the recruiter tells me that they said No! What?!! When I asked why he told me that the company can't offer any feedback as to why...they have no decency to follow up with me. For my own personal development let me know why so that I can be aware of it. But instead now me or any other applicant is left wondering why and regrets investing any time and energy. They are being cowards

Tl;dr GreenSpark is fantastic and I recommend them to everyone I talk to who is considering, or even just curious, aboutsolar.The long review:After attending an excellent presentation by GreensSpark I called them up and started the process of evaluating of my home was a good fit for solar (it was.)At no point did I feel pressured, they worked with me to ensure that my roof was adequate for panels, that I would get enough sun for it to be worth it and several other things along the process that let me know if solar wasn't a good fit they would have told me vs just trying to get a sale. This is rare these days. Every person I talked to was passionate and knowledgeable and it helped they were a local business. They also made sure to walk me through the tax benefits of going solar (with the encouragement to also discuss it with my tax preparer) and all the different financing options which were impressive. By the end of the call process and before I signed the contract I knew exactly what I would be getting and how, there was no confusion.After reviewing several different proposals that could fit my needs and exploring different options that would fit my budget I finally settled on the system that I have today. When they came to install the system they were punctual and respectful of my property, they also cleaned up very thoroughly.I was surprised by how quick and efficient the project was, just a couple of days.When the system was not turned on properly due to a mistake on my part (we had to wait for the utility company to switch the meter and I didn't follow the very clear directions given to me) GreenSpark called me and walked me through correcting the problem.Since install I have had zero issues and thanks to the monitoring software that is provided, I know exactly how my system is performing right from my phone.I am 100% satisfied with the system and service I received from GreenSpark and cannot recommend them enough. Even if you are just curious about solar I encourage you to reach out and learn more from their fantastic staff.

GreenSpark is the BEST solar provider in the Rochester/Ontario area. Everything was explained in full detail, installation was smooth. When I did have an issue they were at my door at 9am the next day as promised, not like other providers who promise a time and either don't show at all or show up late. Customer service is top notch as well. If you're going solar - GO GreenSpark!

GreenSpark Solar is the best when it comes to all things solar. Every one I spoke to and dealt with were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Any questions I had were explained fully and promptly, the work and planning went smoothly and quickly, and it was an all around great experience. Any future upgrades to my system will definitely go through GreenSpark. I really can't express enough how great the service and work was. Do yourself a favor and get your solar needs taken care of through them.

We have a fantastic experience with GreenSpark! The installation was on-schedule and all of our questions were answered in advance. The panels are attractive, and the design was perfect for the layout of our industrial buildings. The back office team did a great job communicating with us, both when we were just investigating the possibility of solar and later when we became an actual customer. Highly recommend!

VERY smooth transition from initial contact all the way through the installation process and beyond. Each person I dealt with - sales, planning, installation, monitoring, paperwork, permits, and everything else required for the solar power - was efficient, courteous, respectful and patient with me, an older woman. I was kept informed every step of the way. The installation was even completed ahead of schedule. I am almost connected to the grid and am confident that the 95% solar panel efficiency I was promised will become a reality! Highly recommend GreenSpark.

From the day that I started reviewing what company I was going to have install my solar system, to today (Solar system installed), Green Spark check marked every box on my list plus some. Communication to and from everyone I spoke with was seamless, and like an open book of knowledge. From Kyle Gerould, the initial person I spoke with, Solar Shawn Lessord, Sean Mullen, Dylan Nicholas, and Christian (Site Installation Lead?), as well as the entire crew who is in the office (sight unseen who designed, and coordinated, including billing and accounting) and installed my System, has been friendly, happy, and seems to love their job. This has been possibly the best Contractor organization I've ever seen. The teamwork runs Sooo smoothly, like a well oiled machine should. This level of Teamwork has only been matched by my close Brotherhood of US Navy Seabees (Construction Battalions), as the Organization, and Can Do" Spirit was our driving force. I have had my solar panels for 2 years and they have been great! The project management at GreenSpark was low pressure and the install crew did an awesome job. Even needed some tech support on the inverter (connecting to WiFi) a few weeks ago and they responded back quickly via email and gave me exactly the information I needed.

Working with GreenSpark Solar for my residential solar panel installation has been absolutely fantastic! I just had our system installed the end of last month and I was very impressed with everyone on the Green spark team. Great people to work around, very knowledge, clean and efficient in their work. Work was done in blazing sunshine on a metal roof every day. When they packed up to go home, Q&A was completed and they showed me my meter running backwards. Job well done. ..J. T.
