Multiple time that I've called for a delivery and choose a time where it would be best. Multiple time now that I had to call after to ask where it was for them to tell me it never was made and that I requested to come get it. Which I didn't. And when I tell em they always blame the system. Either fix the system or just start doing your stuff and stop blaming others.. One time , ok. 2 time, ok maybe . But it happened for the past 5 time now, about to just change pharmacy if the system " is always this broken..Update for may 8 2022 :I called yesterday and they told me they were gonna call me that same day. Hours later still no call. I call today and they told me they've called me multiple time. Which is not possible

Bonjour, je suis allée à cette succursale vendredi dernier pour des problèmes de peaux au visage et le pharmacien m’a très bien conseillé, il a pris le temps de tout bien m’expliquer avec les produits La Roche-Posay. Merci infiniment !

Contacté ce jour, puisque ma pharmacie est loin de chez moi, ne livre pas, que je suis covid positive et mon conjoint ayant les même symptômes, je crois qu'il est normal d'éviter de me présenter en magasin, soit respecter l'isolement reccommander ?!La pharmacienne porte des gros jugements, me disant que peut importe si j'appelle d'autres pharmacies, j'aurai la même réponse.Un gros manque de tacte de l'une des 2 propriétaires, ce qui me rappelle pourquoi je ne faisais plus affaire avec cette pharmacie à 5 min de chez moi !!!

Very bad service , they always forget my prescription!! Even When I ordered over the phone I have to wait always to get my medicine!! And today I called at 12:30 pm I got there at 19:45 to get my medicine it’s not ready ! Then they said ohhh your order was placed On 11 January and we can’t keep it more than 4 days !! I don’t recommend this paharmacy at all !!

They always seem to have what I need, however the service speed is a bit slow. I've waited up to 30 minutes for a prescription.
