My Daughter's car was T-boned on 4 August 2022 and insurance sent it to Boyd's Autobody Crowfoot, for repair.According to our detailed notes:By 01 September Boyd's called to say that their estimators had made an error on the original estimate and that a part that was supposed to be repaired, could not be repaired and would have to be ordered in instead.By 12 September Boyd's called to say that the part was still backordered.By 23 September, Nick the Manager, told us the car would be ready by end of September/ beginning of October.3 October we called Boyd's and were told they were still waiting for the part.5 October Boyd's called to say the part should be in by 13 October.17 October we called Boyd's, still no part.26 October Boyd's called to say the part was in and that they would work on the car3 November we called, it was still not done.15 November Boyd's called to say the car was out of the paint booth and would be done on the 17th or 18th of November.17 November, no call from Boyd's18 November, no call. We called at 2:30pm and left a message for Bob. No call back. We called again at 4:30pm to be told Bob was gone for the day.We then got a call from Nick who said the car was done but he failed it due to wheel alignment issues. Now we are promised that it will be done on Monday morning.This has been an extremely frustrating 3.5 month process. While I can understand waiting for a part, it is inexcusable that estimators think they can repair a part in a T-boned car, instead of replacing it. Then to get the run around with constantly changing dates and the blatant avoidance of returning phone calls, is also unacceptable.If I could give zero stars for this business I would. If I ever need to have a vehicle repaired at a body shop again, I will definitely avoid Boyd's Crowfoot.

Big shout out to Brad and the entire team. Went through a lifetime warranty claim with insurance, and the previous shop is permanently closed.So Boyd took over the case, amazing work on the paint jobs! Thanks!

Horrible experience. The estimate took double the time that they had told me. Once the estimate was finally completed, I was affirmed that they had to open my trunk (severe rear bumper damage) to analyze the damage, in which I understand. I was also informed that the car ‘thinks’ that trunk is open when it is actually closed, in which I also understand. However, they did not inform me that not only will the car beep nonstop whilst driving, but there is no solution. They disassembled the rear bumper and left all the debris/scraps in the back of my car as I discovered it a day later. The estimators/mechanics left my bumper hanging, almost scraping the road as I drove and didn’t inform me (it had been taped and sealed prior to the estimation). They did not inform me that the fact that my trunk is constantly open, that my interior lights would be on regardless, thus, draining my battery. Not only would have I appreciated a solution, but they did not even inform me about any of this. I will never come here again, and I will notify my insurance company. Feels as if I have been taken advantage of, horrible service. I actually left the evaluation with more issues than before I had pulled into Boyd. It’s an evaluation.

Went in about a year ago for an estimate on my vehicle. My blind spot system wasn't working due to body damage.When my vehicle was being examined, the man assisting was only giving information to my father (who is not the owner of the vehicle) and barley acknowledged me.I called recently to get in for a new estimate and found out that the man from prior did not add half of the damage discussed onto the estimate from before.Not sure if he is still working there, but I won’t go there again because of how I was treated.

I had to go back to Boyd Autobody for warranty work and it was honored no questions asked. I delayed bringing the vehicle back because I assumed it would it be covered. Because of my delay the rust became significant. Even though I was responsible for it becoming worse, they never tried to dismiss my claim. Richelle was amazing in handling the process for me and Scott was great in reviewing the work performed - which was fantastic craftsmanship.

Mine was a complicated repair on a technically advanced vehicle, but the job was completed in a prompt manner and looks/performs spot-on.Top-Shelf work, extremely accommodating and helpful staff.Would have no reservations recommending them to a friend.Entrance is definitely not wheelchair friendly, so make certain you've got your phone.

Boyd’s Autobody coordinated my rental car, and when I got to Enterprise, they had no information me, nor a vehicle ready for me.Their response was to give me my damaged car to drive until a rental car is available at a time that has yet to be determined.Their lack of cohesion with other 3rd party companies is a direct reflection on their poor customer service.
