DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS LOCATIONTLDR: Employees serving old Hot-and-Readys to people who placed orders on app/phone, no safety/quality tags on boxes or bags, poor poor bottom barrel service.Big fan of little caesers, called this location ahead of time to submit a simple order for pepperoni and crazy bread with dip. Upon arrival the store was very busy and I was told my order was coming out the oven (understandable). After 10+ minutes I watch the employee grab the same Hot-and-Ready that had been sitting there since I arrived and served it to me. (employee even lifted the top to take a look at the pizza. NONE OF THEIR ITEMS USE THE SAFETY SEAL) I reminded the employee that I was told my order was coming out of the oven and that I was dissatisfied with the crusty and dry pizza that was served to me. I asked for one that was actually coming out and he said it would be a 5 minute wait. Waiting for over 15 minutes for an order I called 30 minutes, I wasnt willing to waste my time anymore so I asked for a refund. The supervisor on shift tried to tell me she couldnt do a refund but after a phone call to a manager? I was refunded in cash.

There is a woman that works at this location that refused to give me her name and hung up the phone on me! Horrible service and this woman is horrendous…. I will be contacting management

Very subpar pizza. I ordered two pizzas that tasted and looked like they were three days old. Dry and tasteless. Customer service, instead of giving me my money back, offered to give me free crazy bread. Tried to contact their head office and no one got in touch with me.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I attempted to order the lunch combo with a sparkling water. They refused to allow me to pay the difference in cost for the sparkling water compared to a bottle of soda. I do not want soda, I wanted sparkling water. I was forced to not have a drink with my order. I will drive out of my way to go to another pizza place.

Asked the staff if they could kindly make a Chicago style pizza with canadian toppings. Staff said it was impossible and turned me away. Went to the store down the road and they did it with a smile. Staff here is garbage and lazy. Avoid this location like the plague.

What's the point of hot and ready if you have to order it and wait. It's 6:20 on a Sunday and they have no pizza's available. Clerk said it's slow tonight so she didn't make any.

The Cheese pizza was dry as cardboard. And it ticks me off that you can't get thin crust without paying $3. This flavourless crust is just too thick too much bread.
