Horrible experience… was there for a good time at niagara falls and i ordered crispy chicken burger and they gave me beef burger which i don’t eat. Even i double checked with the staff and they said yeah its chicken. Duty supervisor said we cant sorry for that, it happens !! Wow !!

This location is mobility accessible. Payal and Atul did a great job. They were super friendly and fast. I had a larger order and they were really quick. There was plenty of seating available. There were several customers ordering and they took the time to take care of each customer. I am posting part of the menu here for easy access. FYI, Payal had a great sense of humour. If you get a chance, stop by and meet her!

Someone rated this place 3/5 for its exterior. I’m rating it 5/5 just for that. Sorry, but if your place doesn’t have a giant Dr. Frankenstein’s Monster holding a burger on it, PLUS a roller coaster on top, it needs to step its patty game up. I wish Burger King did other locations with monsters/cryptids and rides, just for the absurd excellence. Mothman and a rooftop merry-go-round in Point Pleasant. I’d visit just for that.

With my experience, I am incredibly dissatisfied and disappointed. Not only did I receive the most abhorrent customer service, but I also received such disrespectful treatment. The customer service was atrocious. When I questioned why, a woman who pretended to be the manager while the real boss was assisting another customer gave me a cup that was only HALF full with juice. I didn’t want to make a scene but when I tried the drink I promise it was all water. With countless minutes of arguining she simply choose to walk to the back without giving me an explanation on to why it was so watery, half the cup was already empty and to why she couldn’t re do my order. Previously I went to another location and the same drink was ordered tasted perfectly and filled to the top with ice aswell. I am so disappointed and for this I will never step foot into another Burger King without a change.

Pathetic! All good reviews must be fake since I had the worst experience here. Though the restaurant looks good & hence the 1 star for its exteriors. Yes the restaurant was clean and tidy but they REFUSE TO ACCEPT COUPONS, and I also feel that this store is a bit expensive than the other available nearby. The staff; they make it even worse, they are not at all customer friendly, they don’t speak nicely and happily to customer. They behave like they are doing some sort of favours on us, working at the restaurant. I still expect you to improvise.

This burger king is inside a food court located in Fallsview Casino. I ordered a veggie burger but the cashier didn't give us a number. We didn't realise we needed one until other patrons started having their number called to pick up their food. It was very confusing.We got our food and mine tasted off. Parts of my sandwich were unusually salty. After I ate it I noticed a distinct film inside my mouth, coating my gums. Water didn't help. I used a fingernail to try and scrape some of it out to get a better look at it. It was pinkish with a waxy texture.15 minutes later I had terrible heartburn.Not until i made it back to the hotel room and brushed my teeth did it come clean.
