These movers were hired to transfer our 94-year-old mother. When I contacted with questions or directions, Jaret was courteous, attentive, and professional. Ryan and Paul's crew were fantastic. Mom is treated with respect, and her belongings are handled with care. To protect our floors, we laid down runners. We were able to put the furniture where we needed it.

They confirmed my appointment in the days preceding up to the relocation, and on the day of the transfer, they arrived on time and ready to go. We had a three-man crew, and they were all really professional, kind, and cooperative. In the middle of our bustle of moving to a new house, the crew worked together as a confident team, all the while showing respect to myself and my family. In the summer of 2021, we moved my elderly grandmother and couldn't have been happier with Kamloops Moving Pros. They were able to accommodate us on the date and time we requested, and the movers were fantastic. The communication leading up to the move was excellent! We moved with Kamloopps Moving Pros a few weeks ago. Extremely courteous, compassionate, and professional. They were extremely careful with all of our possessions. They placed runners down in each of our houses to keep the flooring clean and scratch-free. They moved a lot of furniture in and out, but I couldn't discover a mark on the wall. The people that helped us move were great. They arrived ahead of schedule, which has never happened with previous movers. They were also quite quick while also being extremely cautious. The two gentlemen worked well together to move our enormous living room furniture, which was challenging to get through doorways. It was fantastic that they were completed so fast, allowing us to spend the remainder of the day settling into our new home.
