Parking Indigo Calgary - Lot 250 (Hanson Square)

Absolutely ridiculous. We parked here while we explored Calgary on foot and came back at a reasonable hour (8:30pm, on a Saturday), and were locked out! We called the help number and they didn’t seem to know where we were even though we gave them the exact address. They asked where we got the number too, as if it wasn’t on all the signs. Eventually we got in because someone with an entry code walking by noticed how frustrated we were. Once there we rechecked the machine hoping to find a different number to call to complain, and saw in the FINE PRINT (Not even the first item!) that the entry number for the 17th ave door was on the ticket and receipt. Most parkades make you leave the ticket in the car, so of course we never would have been able to figure that out. Why wasn’t that made a bigger point on the machine? Or on the ticket? Why did access close so early? Why didn’t the customer service people know to tell us it was on the ticket? There was so much wrong.It was a completely unreasonable waste of our time. Hopefully if this happens to someone else now you know to KEEP YOUR TICKET

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Locked out for almost 3 hours now with absolutely no help from anyone we've called and the given code NOT working. They kept saying they would call their on-call team but we have never heard from them. We spent less than 30 minutes outside but have now spent close to 2 hours 30 minutes waiting to get back in. Only took our phones out so standing outside at almost 12am with no jacket. Do better or don't offer service if you won't have it working

Nothing like getting locked out of the parkade! After hours code for those of you who also didn't realize you were going to be locked out with no after hours support from Indigo7448#Indigo, get after hours support listed please. We put our receipt on our dash for proof of payment, but could have just as easily not grabbed it from the machine.
