Shoppers Drug Mart

Dropped off a Rx for a family member who is post-operative for pain medication and antibiotics. Two hour wait which is fine however I asked if there is any priority for patients just out of surgery. I was met with a very quick rude “No!”. I said “so there is no priority type system here for acute care?” Answer firm “Nope!”. I said nothing else. I’m fine with this it’s just the way I was spoken to which was uncalled for and unacceptable. I won’t be back.

Why do you put 2 packs per limited on hockey cards.

Pharmacy staff are phenomenal for questions or concerns. Great staff.

I wanted to purchase a set of headphones, either Apple or Sony. There was a lady sweeping the floor and another on another cash. The lady sweeping the floor walked past me and didn't ask if I needed help. The other lady on cash looked directly at me then turned away. She never asked if I needed any help even though there were no customers at her register. I was prepared to purchase $300.00 Apple Headphones but after that terrible customer service experience I left. It was disappointing because I've received excellent customer service at other stores.

Wouldn’t recommend the post office there. The driver kept all my gifts on his truck from the 22nd (when he was suppose to drop off the package but apparently my driveway was “snow covered” so it was suppose to be dropped off at the depot on the 23rd but he decided to keep on his truck, also this is a very large box) I called the 1800 number and put in 3 tickets. Finally late night on the 30th I got my parcel, and to think this parcel only travelled 5 hours to get to me and it took over 11 days. The driver should be ashamed of himself for keeping my gift on his truck for so long! I went all Christmas without any gifts because of this horrible man. It’s too bad on the 22nd the driver couldn’t offload all of the gifts he had on his truck. I heard when 2pm came….everything that was done was done. I would of appreciated a little more kindness from this driver & wonder how he would feel if he had to go to the 30th without his Christmas gifts. I will find out who this man is and report him! He doesn’t deserve a job with Canada post anymore. I hope no one else had to go through this situation but I doubt it. The actual staff that works for shoppers were very empathetic about the situation.

I visit this store at least once a week and have noticed a definite downturn in their customer service. It is highly understaffed especially the checkouts and the turnover in staff is very noticeable. I find they run out of their weekly special items in a day or two and a lot of items are only available onSaturdays. The aisles are overcrowded with bins of items which makes most of them impassable especially now with COVID restrictions being enforced. This store definitely needs an overall upgrade and many improvements as it’s gone downhill in the last few months.

Whoever manages the Beauty Boutique is horrible. Saw how she treats her workers and I felt terrible. Why anyone would work for her is beyond me. The bright spot was an older lady there. I think her name was Tina. She was amazing to deal with and had excellent knowledge of the products. She wasn't pushy like the other sales people and was super friendly. She should be running that place, she was so professional.

Once again a disappointing trip to Shoppers. Spent 10+ minutes waiting to be checked out, when I got to the cash I was told to use another checkout as the cashier was now going on break. One star is too high a rating.

Most of the staff in the store are super sweet and helpful. I’m there practically 4 times a week and I never have any issues with staff
