Alex, the manager, was awesome and helped me out this weekend. I called for a quote for a broken iPad mini screen. Although he didn't have the part in stock, within an hour Alex had found the part he needed, had it dropped off to his location and phoned me back to tell me I could drop my iPad at any time. He told me he would call in one hour to give me a progress report, which he did, and let me know that the full repair would be done within the hour, which it was. I paid the quoted price and when the next day I noticed a corner of the screen wasn't responsive, Alex replaced the whole screen again at no charge. Excellent customer service, timing and communication!

Adam was very knowledgeable and efficient with great communication and people skills! I had 4 serious issues with my phone and he was able to fix all of them within a few hours at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend choosing this location because of the exceptionally high level of service and care that was given.

I got my iphone6 screen fixed in under an hour, and he was very polite and friendly. Their prices on the case I bought was very competitive.I will recommend this business with no hesitation, and wish them all success!

Skip these guys. I had two phones worked on. Repairs on one included a battery installation. It never would take a charge so it went back two days later. The counter worker nonchalantly suggested it was a 100 dollar charge port they could update. I asked they check the brand new battery they installed two days previously as it was charging when I dropped it off. They did that and indeed it was a bad new battery (I’m left suspecting a bad install). In the end they charged me a diagnostic fee to tell me the battery they installed was no good.

The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to repair my phone in short order. I needed a new battery for my iPhone 5 and I only had about an hour or so to get it before I had to go to work and there was no questions asked. Phone works great and they even gave me a good deal on a new hard case.Good business and glad to promote local. Thanks guys!

I am very grateful for Aman’s help in replacing my daughter’s cracked I-phone screen. She was in a bind as she was heading off to University and needed it fixed ASAP. Aman came to the rescue and provided prompt, efficient service. He explained the various options thoroughly and addressed all of our concerns. I called a while back to ask for a quote on a simple unlocking of a cell phone and was told it would cost $150! They told me it was because of the type of carrier and cell phone that it costs this much. I contacted my carrier and was told that they charged ~$55 for unlocking my phone and so I knew they were trying to rip a potential customer off!Other stores in town charge $45 to $50 on average for unlocking.. however I wanted to look for even cheaper options.I did minimal digging up on the net and found a source to do it for only $22 and was able to unlock the phone myself in less than 24 hours.I am aware of how the process of unlocking cell phones is and it should NOT cost nearly that much for them to obtain an unlock code.. something that requires little effort or manpower to do.Unfortunately this one encounter soured my first impressions of the fairness in pricing of their services.. seems like they charge way above their competitors and may even take advantage of customers if they are not too tech savvy.I will add that I gave them an extra star because the lady I initially spoke to was courteous and customer friendly.

Went in because my iPhone stopped working. He asked me all the appropriate questions to make sure I wouldn't void my warranty (already expired). He then did a full diagnostic while I waited, trying a new screen, battery and cleaning the ports - all which were unfortunately unsuccessful.Instead of then saying he should keep it, charge me and go deeper, he gave me real advice and options with my best interest in mind.I was also not charged for the extensive diagnostic.Incredible service, very friendly, would recommend!

Absolutely terrible. I took my phone to get the screen fixed and they ended up putting on the wrong screen. They noticed after and put on a different knock off one. After two days of getting my phone back my speaker stopped working. I took it to see them and they told me it was a glitch with apple. I took it to a different place to get it looked at and once they opened up my phone there was tape holding parts together inside of it! They ruined my home button, speaker, and a part of the screen. I will never go back to this place. I had to buy a brand new iPhone because it would cost anywhere between $400-700 to fix all the damages these guys caused. I will never go back there and I strongly suggest the same.
