Hamilton High Street Residence
My parents moved in April 2021 in the middle of the COVID pandemic. The staff have been wonderful and the place is amazing. During the heat wave in the summer the general manager actually called my parents in the evening after her shift just to ensure that they were ok and didn't need anything. I am super impressed with the level of attention that my parents are receiving here.

Hamilton High Street Residence
This facility started off with a lot of promise, however, many of those have been broken. People bought into this facility with contracts that stated there would be full services available to seniors living in the facility under the ownership model in the contracts. New ownership / management has broken these contracts and seniors are now living in this facility without all of the safeguards stipulated in their sales contracts. Very disappointed in the direction of the new ownership & Management.

The staff here conduct care with the utmost professionalism. Ramona is always kind, patient and welcoming. She is the best in her field and I feel confident that the residents here are receiving the best care possible.

Hamilton High Street Residence
My Dad moved in last month and he was not sure about changing the home environment. Just 1 month, he is loving his stay and choose to stay at Hamilton rather than home! This is a surprise to us he was able to transition and adapt. I must say the staff has been wonderful.They try hard to help the residents so we,as children, are very pleased he is enjoying his new environment. The meals are good. The Asian menu is great. I don't usually do any reviews but I l want to support the great home for my Dad and share with others.

This is a newer facility with experienced and friendly staff, plenty of amenities and gourmet food. It's the best time to consider this pristine facility. Try a game of pool when you go for a tour!

I enjoyed touring this residence and think it is a great home for seniors. The food looks amazing and the amenities are plenty! Definitely a 5/5 for a great place to relax and enjoy retirement in my opinion!
