My wife, kids and myself have been patients at Elite Ortho Care for more than 10 years. The service and quality of orthotics- Fabulous!They are not satisfied until everything is perfect. Both Shruti and Minal go above and beyond to provide my family with excellent service. They are very knowledgeable and empathetic towards my condition. Theirs are the only orthotics that have helped to get rid of my pain. That’s how they gain my confidence at every visit.Elite Ortho Care provides free initial consultation and follow up appointments where as the Chiropodist that I had been before charged $100 for the 1st appointment and again for follow up appointments in addition to the cost of the orthotics. At Elite Ortho Care the orthotics come with a 3 year warranty and they don’t charge for any adjustments as well. The physiotherapist is very experienced, kind and professional.He takes time to treat multiple areas of pain, unlike some physiotherapists who will only treat 1 body part per visit. The shockwave therapy worked extremely well to alleviate my wife’s plantar fasciitis pain. The massage therapist is very attentive and applies full pressure throughout the entire hour. She checks with me regularly to see if I am comfortable.The clinic is always on time and never keeps me waiting for any appointments.Overall, I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs these services.If I could I would give the clinic 10 stars!

We visited Elite Ortho Care because we needed orthotics and had an assessment by Minal, who was very thorough. Her knowledge and experience were very helpful to us.Both Minal and Shruti are very dedicated professionals and helped us with our needs. We even received follow up calls from them to make sure we were comfortable.Their motto appears to be: “We are not happy until you are.”

I was initially referred to Elite Ortho Care for my car accident. The physiotherapy services were excellent. The therapist spent a lot of time with me one on one. They have shockwave therapy and they do stretching hands on. I also got great orthotics from them. The workmanship is much better than my previous pair from elsewhere and they give a warranty for the orthotics. One of the greatest things about Elite is that they follow up with how I’m doing with my insoles on a regular basis. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Please save yourself the heartache of going to this facility for your Orthotic needs. When I met Minal during initial assessment she seemed very empathetic towards my Orthotic needs (especially after she found out I am a BI survivor and all other health issues I have). I was told everything would be covered by my insurance coverage including Orthotic shoes. Paid upfront in full but did not get reimbursed for shoes. I wished to return the one pair of unworn shoes but they refused to refund my money.They said once the unworn shoes are out of the office that there is nothing they can do and they can’t help me.I was told they never told me I would be covered for shoes but I clearly was. I would never agree to pay out of pocket $700 for shoes.I called to ask them to close my husband’s, son’s and my account and not to be contacted by them again. Minal called my husband and son to harass them even after I specifically told her not to contact them. It really should show you her character.I wanted to share my story for those who don’t have a voice.
