I have been a dedicated customer of Elite Nails for many years and get treated like family every two weeks when I visit Helen for my shellac manicure. The ladies provide excellent customer service and I am always happy with my nails. It is a special treat to get a pedicure, such comfy chairs and a very relaxing experience. Elite has the best prices and deliver high quality work, they also offer a loyalty program where you get $5 off a service after 5 visits. If your nail chips they repair it for free up to one week after your service, hard to find this kind of courtesy in other salons. I am proud to refer my friends and family to Elite Nails, they are true professionals who deserve your business.

First time at elite and I went because of the good reviews but was very disappointed. The acrylic nails were uneven, bumpy, chunky, and thick. The shape was also very bad and crooked, they did not match up. Even after asking them to fix it, it was still bad. I ended up having to go to Nails for You on Cundles and they were able to fix the disaster of a manicure elite nails gave me! The pricing also did not make any sense, over the phone they said it was $45 and it’s was $60 for the worst manicure I have ever received. I could tell they were in a rush because I came at 5 and they close at 6. Beware of the good reviews because I was misled. It was not done good. They didn’t even clean up my cuticles, I had to ask them to clip my nails because they just started adding the tips without any cleaning up of the nails. There was even polish left on my skin that they did not clean. I was unimpressed. For that price I could have gone to another salon and got better service. The pictures don’t look as bad as it did in real life but you can see it’s bumpy. I am a perfectionist and maybe that is why it was not up to my standards. It was also my first time getting a French manicure so I was not sure what to expect, but thankfully nails for you on Cundles cleaned up my manicure. I was also disappointed with having to waste more time going to another nail salon to get them fixed.

I had my nails done by a newbie. Needless to say they weren’t great. Very thick and uneven. The lady at elite was able to fix them up and didn’t charge me too much. I am very happy.

The ladies here are lovely! So nice and friendly! They did a great job on my nails and offered good advice on colours and designs! Already booked in again with them!

I had a beyond amazing experience today. Angela was very welcoming, helpful and friendly despite how busy they are. She made sure to also explain everything to me about gels and acrylic as I had an experience at another salon before that lied to me and said that they did bio gel to me but in reality they just did acrylic and charged me for bio gel. But angela explained everything and it was so obvious, and the prices are all shown on the board unlike some other places that just randomly give you a price, they don’t charge you for anything that you shouldn’t pay for at the Elite spa. Also she did an amazing job with my nails, they feel so light and they look just like what I wanted! Very professional. I will be going to this salon from now on and I HIGHLY recommend it to everyone!

Went with my bestie for a shellac mani and a regular polish pedi. We both had an amazing experience with the services and the staff is very kind and caring. Our new regular place :)
