The absolute worst quality of gel nail polish, had to go to them 4 times in 10 days to get the nails fixed as the gel color kept coming off

This is the only nail salon I go to in Toronto and I always get complimented on my nails. Clean facilities and great service. They always get me in for an appointment, even last minute if I’m willing to wait a bit. Highly recommend.

got a shellac pedicure done here, the lady cut my toe, sloppily applied 2 uneven coats & sent me on my way. 50 dollars later, my toes look worse than when i came in

I love my nails! They booked me in for a last minute appointment at the end of the night. It was for a manicure + pedicure, they did everything exactly as per my requests. Santi was my nail tech, she was very fast and agile. They ended up teaming up to work faster. I am very pleased and impressed with my visit. I recommend Gentle Touch for your next nail appointment.

I had a manicure and was happy with it so I came back for a pedicure. What a disaster. Messy looking and my heels looked the same as before I came in . I went back the next day but only had time to have the polish fixed. I asked a few questions and instead of addressing me the two women spoke to each other. The woman who did my redo forgot to put slippers on then told me to walk over to the dryer in bare feet. I said I did not want to. When she then put the slippers on it ruined the polish of course so back to square one. Fifty dollars for a time consuming, inadequate job. I always review when positive and rarely when negative especially in these trying times for a small business but this just isn't sufficient in any way definitely won't be coming back.

This was the worst experience ever. The young lady who did shellac manicure for me didn’t know what she was doing. She even had a hard time to shape the nails. Basically she kept doing it over and over, and my nails ended up being so short. She just didn’t know how to shape nails straight, so later she gave me a file to do it by myself. I chose the dark purple color, then she applied so many layers like 4 times, also the color didn’t look even at all on my nails. I could see she wasn’t experienced at all. I am not a picky person, what I wanted was just simple service. I know she did her best, but this was the worst nail salon ever and a waste of my money and time. I will definitely not go back.

Great for nails and threading! Reasonable pricing, nice people, still wearing a mask! 10/10
